Josiah was great. I am an Home Warranty member and BENNETT replaced my upstairs unit in my house in 2017 or 2018 and we have not had any issues with the unit since. Ironically they were the same company that came to my home today to repair my downstairs unit. And Josiah remembered coming to our home over 5 to 6 years ago. He was professional and the service was great.

I have waited a month to speak with Kim and even after I explained my concerns there was no attempt for accountability. I even told her I understand that they are busy, however as the customer, my unit is steadily failing. I now have a leak from my ac unit and yet I’ve called multiple times within the past month to determine what the next steps are, with no follow up. I was willing to work with them because the technician was really good but there needs to be new front office management.

He explained the issue and the process for replacing my compressor connecter. Additionally, he recommended that my outside unit be cleaned and was able to do the service the same day. Before and after photos were provided. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Caution DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM: Purchased three HVAC Systems, approximately $20,000. Bennett Air referred by warranty company. Kim would not schedule installation on weekends or it would cost $70+ to schedule it. It took two working days for installation. After the installation, we had concerns with two units. It took too long to heat. We scheduled several appointments with Bennett. They were a No Show and No Notification. Kim stated they didn’t know what happened, something about the schedule. Again, lost pay and working hours. After complaining about the No Show and No Notification, Kim agreed to a weekend appointment. This was again a No Show and No Notification incident. Kim stated she had an emergency and didn’t get to call us. When we asked about reassigning people to take on this type of responsibility, Kim began to whine, she felt we were being insensitive. We stated we weren’t insensitive, we’ve been stood up to many times and didn’t appreciate it. Whenever Kim thought you were talking against the business she and her husband Mr. Bennett worked so hard for, she whined. Kim ultimately told us she wasn’t going to service us and that we should call our warranty company to come out to check the system their workers put in. In addition they removed the warranty papers to register the systems from the boxes the units came in. Despite requesting several times that she provide the warranty papers, I believe as a malicious act Kim has not send them to us. This company is now being audited by the warranty company. Kim is unprofessional and damages the brand of the company. She needs to be replaced! Mr. Bennett stop mixing business and pleasure, replace your wife or let your business suffer. Kim when working in customer service you can’t be soft like a marshmallow and take offense in everything that’s said. You will encounter all types of people but understand without people your business will not run so it is your job to remain profe

This business was dispatched by American Home Shield for an A/C repair. They were not only responsive to our immediate issue, but ensured that we were well informed as far as the issue needing repair and our various options regarding replacement. Kim was extremely helpful and communicated thoroughly and took the time to clarify any questions I had. Kim ensured we had an appointment for Rickey (Replacement Specialist) within two days (on a Saturday) to go over our replacement options. Once we committed to the most simplified sale I’ve ever had, by that following Friday our A/C and Furnace was installed. The installers were very professional and were in and out before we knew they were here and they were here for 6 hours and never realized it. I strongly recommend this Veteran owned company and will continue to have our house serviced by Bennett Air, LLC

Scheduled an appointment through AHS. Missed the appointment. Explained that the doorbell was broken and rescheduled an appointment. I even explained that I understood and was okay with the 55 reschedule payment. We were told a special needs child air took presidents over 89 year old women that lives in our property. On the day of the new appointment they told us we wouldn’t be serviced because we were rude. Why give us a confirmed new appointment if you had no intention of providing service? After reading the company response: I wish they would also recall details like calling the wrong number on these many call attempts of no one’s fault but ahs. I wish they would also discus us having camera around the property but no footage of the driver. That’s okay. I think they came for sure but because they didn’t use the walk way the footage didn’t appear. I consequent thought the ring was broken… I wish the company would address the next day experience. Why reschedule a new appointment if you had no intention of providing service? No one was verbally abusive. Someone was always home as required from my late grandmothers care. If multiple people are telling you in multiple reviews that your rude perhaps l you should consider the possibility that things were not handled well. No one was harassing, labeling, insulting, scolding, rebuking, or excessive yelling towards an individual. And if they were why would you reschedule with this client if you had no intention of servicing the client??? You live you learn. Most negative experience with this company are attached to AHS. I wish you the best as well.

So pleased that when I was ready to replace/invest in a new HVAC system, that I went with Bennett Air, LLC. I had a great consultation with Rick regarding the products offer at Bennett Air, LLC. During our time it didn't feel like he was pushing the product on me to make a decision right away, but instead provided me with all options in the units the company had and the prices. Overall Rick had a great sale technique, professional, product knowledgeable & friendly. Kim another jovial representative within the company, made my purchasing transaction smooth and convenient. The next day I received a call from Kim to confirm that my equipment was available for install, that they also inspected the new equipment for any damages, and they can have a technician come out the next day! The technician was at my home for the scheduled time. They too were professional, completed the install within 3hrs. I liked how they placed clothed covering down to protect my hard wood flooring from any scratches. After the install was completed, they advised that the another representative (Noah) would be on the way to complete the final stages of making sure everything was setup correctly… The gauges, wiring and fluids etc. Solidifying my machine would be up and running before his departure. That took about 30 minutes. Rick also stop by for a final walk thru, even help me set up my app and gave me brief tutorial! Overall I am completely elated/satiated with the my decision. Great pricing, the heat pump and air handler operation quietly but affectively,extended warranties, and a diligent company. FIVE STARS guys!!!!
