When it comes right down to it, they check all of the boxes. They're very polite and professional on the phone. They show up on time, but offer up opportunities to come sooner. They call ahead. They're knowledgeable, they can fix your heating and cooling....and they're fast. They aren't intrusive, they take care not to affect your floor.... and they don't mind getting their hands dirty to fix your issues. Considerate, professional, and expeditious. They provide the quality of service we hope for, but seldom find. Synopsis, they earn their 5 star rating. I will be seeing them again for future service if and when it is needed.
I can’t begin to explain how amazing this company is!!! I was having a leak from my A/C unit, and I had no clue what was going on. The warranty people said they didn’t cover leaks so I was on my own! I went to google, of course! I found the popular names and scrolled directly past them, when I stumped upon the reviews for this gem!! I am SOOO glad I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. We’ve been having a cool front w/ rain, but Sunday is calling for sunny and 90°, so I needed help fast. John (my technician) came and exceeded all of my expectations! I would have him do my repairs over and over again. He was knowledgeable, kind and genuinely concerned with the issues. I’m beyond grateful! Thanks Mission Comfort! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Perfect Experience! Our A/C went out and of course it’s 80degree days! I found them through google, they came the day I called and found the problem and came the next day to repair. We couldn’t have been happier with the extremely fast and knowledgeable work by John and Mission Comfort!
I have been using mission comfort to provide HVAC service for my home for a few years now and highly recommend this company. The tech (Dee)was on time and professional. Also, the tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me while checking the system. Exceptional service - 5 stars!!!
This company is amazing and so refreshing. Simply put: the best customer service and responsiveness I've seen in a company in years. It started with the wonderful scheduling process (I don't remember her name, but she was amazing). Then, I had expert John as a technician for HVAC repair. Usually it is hit and miss with HVAC repairs in MD, but John was amazing and exceeded my expectation. Extremely vocal in guiding me through the issue, providing me with recommendation, and followed up to see if the systems was running as it should. He even saw my veteran tags and outlined the benefits of military veterans. I was so thrilled (after many bad experiences with HVAC repair in SoMD), I didn't hesitate to become a member of the Mission Comfort family. Thank you, Mission Comfort & John, for the exceptional service, attention to detail, honesty, and communication!!!
We contacted Mission Comfort to diagnose a problem with our AC and provide us with some solutions. The team was professional, polite and friendly. The technician who came for the visit diagnosed the issue promptly and explained our options to us. Ron, the owner of Mission Comfort, visited us the next day and offered us the various options at Mission Comfort for a new AC unit. We were very impressed with their warranties, professionalism, and attentiveness to the needs of their customers. We ultimately decided to go with another company for our AC, but it only came down to a brand preference for us. If Mission Comfort carried the brand we preferred, we would have had no hesitation in going with them. We would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs - you will not be disappointed.

Awesome service and skill. They even helped me find out that I had squirrels in my attic. Their pictures and assistance helped me get that problem resolved. They are more than just AC guys, they are good people.
Very professional, polite came in went right to work. Did a great job checking my system and doing routine maintenance. The tech took the time to explain how to keep my system in top shape. I started using Mission Comfort when I had an issue with my system last year. They fixed it fast, and at a reasonable price. They signed me up for their biannual maintenance program and each time the tech was on time did great work, friendly, polite. Wonderful experience! Great company.
Mission Comfort is the HVAC company that I use on a regular. Technician De'Asia Sheppard brought it to my attention that my seven year AC unit needed to have the secondary motor control replaced and also suggested adding a compressor savor kit, which I agree to. The unit is working wonderfully. Thank for the PROFESSIONAL and QUALITY service that you all provide EVERYTIME!!!!! Looking for an HVAC company....THIS IS THE ONE!!! NO CAP...as the young folk say...LOL

Ron was BEYOND PROFESSIONAL! From the time he walked on the porch till he left! I have never seen or had such AMAZING service !! He went to levels that were not expected. He stuck with my unit until he figured it out instead of saying I need to replace my unit,he made calls and was just AMAZING. I'm very hard to please when it comes to service but Ron made it very easy! I've got my HVAC team ...I won't go anywhere else! THANK YOU GUYS SO VERY MUCH!

Very nice and knowledgeable! fixed and cleaned our unit, made some improvements to our ac/ heating units . All the guys are amazing . we signed up for regular service & and will be using them for our hvac needs from now on .
Mission Comfort Heating and Air Company is the definition of excellent customer service. From the first time I used their services back in the winter of 2019 when my heat system was not working, to two years later when I was having issues with my heating and air conditioning system, this company have gone above and beyond to provide outstanding service and customer satisfaction. John and Ron, who I had the pleasure of working with, were both very pleasant, friendly, and prompt. These guys exemplifies the definition of transparency and socially responsible. I've become victim by many bad players with whom I'd reported to the State Attorney's and BBB, so trust me when I tell you that these words do not easily fall from my lips. Each time John and Ron had come out, they have each taken the time to explain while illustrating every mechanism associated with the problem in full detail to ensure that I comprehended what their findings were and how the problem may be either mitigated or repaired. Additionally, they provided me with a proposal that contained a couple of options based on the actual solution (repairs) that the system needed...which, in my personal opinion, depicts as a company that takes its customer's fiscal situations and needs into consideration, unlike other companies that will stick a customer with the highest ticket priced solution or an upsell. Plus, Ron went the extra mile by offering me portable heaters to keep my family warm throughout the night until the HVAC system was fixed the next day. Customer service and satisfaction, at best! Ron was able to schedule for John to arrive the next morning to clean the blower fan and to install the new blower motor. John arrived on time and begin servicing the unit in a timely and professional manner. There were no "new issues" that fell out of thin air. Mission Comfort is a great company to do business with. Professional all the way and totally customer service based. They spent the entire day installing our new HVAC heat pump system, making sure all was good to go. Friendly and willing to answer questions of any concern. I truly enjoyed watching them work. Bought the crew a large pizza for lunch. I wanted to give back something to them for being so great. Love the new system they installed.

Needed preventative maintenance on our AC unit and Mission Comfort, particularly, John and Dee, did not disappoint. They were professional and informative, especially when I asked questions. And also, super relatable—it’s nice when people who come into your home actually converse with you instead of just brushing you off!
The technician was very polite and personable. He quickly found the issue and repaired it. Very professional and knowledgeable young man. I did not get their yearly service at the time but will sign up for it shortly. Great Job!
