This is my first time using Chason and I am very pleased. I called them to get a second opinion when another company gave me a very expensive repair quote that would have ultimately led to me buying a new unit. Chason was able to come the next morning (I called them late afternoon). The technician diagnosed the correct problem and had it fixed in a few hours for $600. The other company said a different part was the issue at it would cost $4900 to fix.
We had Chasion Service come out to our house to fix our air conditioner. I was so impressed. They came out the day that I called them and they fixed it that day! The repairman that came out was so nice and professional. From now on Chason Service Engineers is the only one we will call.

I have not been disappointed with the level of service this team provides. Regardless of the issue they resolve it. They don't try to upsell you on a product or service you don't need. The tech showed up on time and ready to work. Dont hesitate to call, they are the only number you need.
Got to love my Chasons! They have always been there for me and my Mom over the years. Their "specialist" Vernon is my go to guy. Can't beat their quick response, professional, on-time service. They always seem to have the parts they need right on the truck. Fast, professional, service and you're back up and running in no time flat! Thanks guys!
CSE installed an iWave R air purifier in my elderly parent’s AC system, for $740. The device itself retails for over $400, installation took about 30 minutes. Seemed a bit expensive to me, especially since my parents don’t smoke and have no pets. When I called CSE about it, their justification for installing it was, my elderly parent approved it, and some companies charge even more. So, if this is the kind of service experience you want, go for it.

Company, customer service, ethics, care for my home, knowledge and punctuality were all 101%. Vernon showed up at EXACTLY the appt set. Immediatly knew what was going on. He diagnosed, repaired and explained the issues so i could understand. He wore booties to protect my floor and helped me avoid issues in the future. He even talked Ravens football as to keep me calm since was worried about how much it wouls cost me. Thanks to EVERYONE at Chason, my kids are sleeping in warm rooms tonight. Thanks everyone. Called during a heat wave w/ AC issue. They came out the same day, ordered needed part, and returned next day to repair. Timely and priced reasonably.

I have been very impressed with Chason's team approach to problem solving. When issues arise, the answers come from their person with the best knowledge on the subject. One such answer saved us hundreds of upgrade $$ by pointing out that our current equipment could be re-configured to do the job.

My landlord uses Chason, and their team is fast, professional, clean and spot on. They arrive on time (if not early), they do not dawdle, their estimates are accurate and their work is excellent. I am a Chason fan for life.
Awesome. Dan was super helpful and very courteous. He arrived less than an hour after I called, right in the window they said he would. Price was right around what I expected. I will definitely call them again if needed, hope I don't have to though!
