It’s a terrible company that our system got broken down again 1 week after the HVAC guy came to fix. Don’t waste your money and time on them find someone else.

**Tyrrell gets 5 stars, but One Hour Heating and Air gets 1 star.** Tyrell Powell was very informative, courteous and polite. He explained everything in regards to what he did and told me proactive ways to keep ahead of the maintenance game. If the company was as interested in me (or their clients) after we purchase all of their products, One Hour Heating/AC would be an amazing company but unfortunately that's not the case. They only show interest and concern in yheir clients when they are trying to sell their products and once you sign a contract they could care less (sinful and annoying). Thank you Tyrrell for being an amazing technician. You are truly an asset to One Hour Heating/AC.

I pay $27.99 per month for a service plan. I called yesterday and today, with no response and their voicemail is full. Unacceptable for a provider that promises responsiveness. When I’ve called them out, they can’t even address most of the issues with our systems and have to refer out, so at this point I’m not sure what we are even paying for.

Avery was extremely busy the whole rainy day yet after ten hours or more he did an amazing job along with teaching two apprentices. I have all the respect for him and his work ethics very very satisfied customer.

Tyrell was very professional and knowledgeable on HVAC units. He noted the problem quickly and gave us the best option to resolve the issue. He fixed our issue and did not make things up or try to sell me stuff I don't need. I wish all my service calls were like this. Thank you Tyrell, keep up the good work.

My AC died on Saturday, and I really didn’t want to wait until Monday to schedule a tech and this is the only HVAC repair I could find that worked weekends. The technician they sent was professional and competent, and he explained everything really well. Unfortunately it turned out the HVAC couldn’t be fixed, so they sent out a member of the sales team the same day. He used high pressure tactics that reminded me of a car salesman and quoted me a price that was twice what I was expecting. So I called in another company that also had all five star reviews, they kept things simple and gave me a quote that was what I was expecting: literally half the cost of the quote from the one hour salesman. I’m still planning on using one hour repair when I need it, because the technicians are good and weekend availability is really useful. But NEVER try to replace a unit with this company.

There was an ongoing problem another HVAC company couldn’t figure out, but Tyrell was persistent in diagnosing and fixed it on the first visit. And he is such a likeable guy!

I had Tyrell service my heating system - he was friendly and professional and needed very little help to get started, so I can't ask for much more than that. In general their techs have been really good, so I'm giving them five stars.

I was really pleased with Tyrell’s work. He found the problem with my heater and fixed it. I was also impressed by how friendly and courteous he was. A warm house is so appreciated after having to use, and move around, portable heaters to keep from freezing!

$100 diagnostics fee is reasonable. $1400 for a new blower motor installed is also reasonable. However, adding on another $1400 for a blower motor module including installation, and $550 for a fan wheel installation is insanity and robbery. The new blower motor comes with a module already installed, as in no work is needed by the technician to install it. Even if it didnt come preinstalled, it involves plugging in a single connector and tightening two screws. This is not $1400 dollars worth of work. They also wanted to charge me $550 for installing a fan wheel. Why is that not included with the blower motor installation? They wanted all this money and couldn't even fix the issue same day. They couldn't give me a time frame when they could possible get the parts, simply said when they arrive. As far as I'm concerned they really had no interest in actually working on my unit and wanted to simply take my $100 diagnostics fee. I found another HVAC company that charged me $1500 including a weekend diagnostics fee to replace it with a OEM part.
