Rey was very professional and knowledgeable about my heating system. He explained to me in detail how to operate my thermostat. He was patient as I asked several questions about my heating system. He is the only person that knew how to operate my Carrier system (I have had several HVAC tech to come in the five years I have been residing here). I will be calling this company 6221 Hvac for service and maintenance from now on!!

Mr Rey is very professional ,he arrived on time, he answered all questions and guided me about the water heating system that he installed. he very knowledgeable about his work.. Excellent...highly recommended.
Our A/C and heating stopped working. We called Mr. Sotero and he responded immediately. He checked our system and there were parts that needed replacement (these parts were already about 30 years old). He ordered the parts for us. When the parts arrived, he worked on our system immediately, tested everything to make sure both A/C and heating worked, and explained to us measures we need to do and things we need to look out for to avoid further issues. We have been enjoying heating since then with no further problems.
Mr Rey He’s an awesome technician, very friendly and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, he’ll take his time and run all the diagnostics and explain everything thoroughly to you step by step. If I could give him a 10 stars, I would without hesitation. I highly recommend this Company for all your heating and AC needs. The best in the area. I use others big names companies in the past and I think ( not think, I know) 6221 HVAC is the best hands down in terms of HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Mr Rey, you’re awesome man
awesome service! he is very efficient and honest! he clearly explained the issue with our HVAC system and how to properly maintain it for maximum performance. Prior to meeting Rey, I had another HVAC company come in to see whats wrong and they recommended to replace the whole HVAC unit which wouldve cost us thousands of $$, but good thing our friend recommended this company for a second opinion, and he was able to find the main issue - which was just a replaceable part of the unit that was broken (the capacitor and cleaning the condenser unit), not the whole unit!! now our house is back to cold and comfortable! thank you for your service and honesty! saved us lots of money! i highly recommend this company!

Awesome service. Technician Reginald (Rey) was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out exactly what was interfering with my ac’s ability to function properly within the first minutes of entering my property. Setting himself apart from the techs of more notable companies, who have visited my property for the same repair need. Thank God I decided to price this vendor because an hour and a half later, as the Rey thoroughly explained what maintenance had been performed as a way to soften the blow before providing the total cost, i was able to energetically hand over my credit card as i payed over $8k less than the quotes received from prior vendors looking at the same issue when the ac wasn’t completely out of service as it was on this particular day. As soon as payment was made, I needed Rey to quickly exit my home just in case he all of a sudden realized a couple of thousand were mistakenly omitted! :) thanks Rey….definitely made it a great day for my pup and I. We can finally breathe again! Lol …btw im hoping i won’t need service anytime soon but will definitely refer and use again if a need arose.
Reginald was able to switch things around and come the SAME day we called! Not only that, he diagnosed and repaired our A/C on the spot within a few hours. Great experience.
I writing a review for the first time in my life! I’m really happy to found great repair person. Today was second time use this company. He came to my house and solved my water heater problem. Always great at communication, super friendly and nice attitude, explain things, high quality job. I can’t thank enough to him! His name is Mr. Rey! He is the best repair person I ever met! Rey is great. He answered on a weekend, showed up soon after, fixed all of our issues on the spot, and even returned two days later to fix a follow up problem that revealed itself. Great service, total professional, I would highly recommend using 6221 for any HVAC needs.

Ray was great! He was very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He contacted us to let us know he was in route. Once he arrived he politely introduced hisself. He tested our heating system and found, explained the issues, and what was need to resolve the problem. He needed additional parts to repair the problem and had to come back with the parts. Needless to say he returned as promised and fixed our heating problem. Ray was not only great because he fixed the issue. He was also great because of his professionalism and customer service skills by being courteous, polite, and walking us through the process so we understood what was happening and what was needed.
