Service was exceptional. Mr. Mohamed immediately diagnosed the problem, and returned within a day to address it. He thoroughly cleaned the outside of our ac unit in addition to addressing the main issue. He also followed up to make sure the ac continued to function properly.

Omar was awesome. He arrived late in the afternoon and was working on my AC unit almost until dark. He pin pointed the problem, diagnosed it, and repaired it. My AC unit has been working flawlessly since then. HVAC Simple is the best company that I will always use whenever I need AC repair.

True story, on one of the hottest weeks we’ve had of this year my AC needed replacement as it was 31 years old. Mr Omar arrived to diagnose and confirm the issue, order parts and once parts arrive schedule the replacement. As soon as parts arrived I was notified and Mr Omar installed the new AC, checked his work and completed replacement.
