The first visit didn’t resolve the issue, but they were quick to come back and resolve it. Very pleased with the service.

Excellent Service. Very Prifessional
JC and JC HVAC was so excellent to work with. We just purchased our condo and as soon as the weather got hot, our AC struggled to keep up. JC and JC came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, explained it in terms I could easily understand, and set up a time to return for the service the very next day. They were early for their appointment and were done and out in less than an hour. Their prices were transparent and reasonable and both technicians were great to work with. Will 1000% use again when I have HVAC needs!
JC's team worked promptly to diagnose AC failure and replace outside condenser as fast as possible during abnormally hot May weather. The biggest source of delay was our inability to get comparison estimates during a weekend from anyone else: as soon as we confirmed that JC's pricing was competitive we OK'd the job and they executed asap. JC were also responsive to our queries about alternative equipment options. Well done all at JC &JC.
First time user. Technician came as per schedule and did the maintenance work for the A/C. All staff on the phone and who came to do the work, were courteous and prompt.

Super unprofessional. Not only would I never use them again? I will send post to both of our community listservs about my experience. I gave this company a 1 star review because they came out said that I need to either replace my boiler or make $3000 plus in repairs. They were wrong. Plumber #2 - not from JC and JC — came out, plugged in the two wires that had been mysteriously disconnected, ran a diagnostic, and the boiler fired up and worked fine. I posted this and they responded to my negative review by posting a very detailed response that included old notes from my account, payment information, and other details that are totally inappropriate to be posting on a public forum. I guess they were really upset that I gave them a bad review. Beware - you probably don’t want to go with a company that tries to attack their customers. Not when there are many solid plumbers out there to work with.
The workers were very helpful and everything went smoothly. My house is now nice and tasty.
