Yosef installed a new heat pump and air handler in my home. I found him very easy and nice to work with, his rate to be competitive and reasonable, and the installation to be excellent and relatively quick. So far, everything is working well.
I have revised my initial review. Dont bother, unless you have an expensive item they can replace for you. Otherwise they are non responsive and dont care about retaining customers.
Jeremy was at my house within an hour, done in 30 mins. Just an ignition switch. He showed me what was wrong, had the replacement part in his truck already and replaced it immediately. Couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. Wonderful experience, would gladly use again and recommend to others!
Home Comfort Air Services installed mini-splits in our home the summer of 2020. The initial experience was very positive... we received an excellent quote and the communication was great. However, we've had constant problems with our system since the install. Yosef and Home Comfort Air Services recommended we call Magnolia or some other HVAC company with the latest issues we had this summer 2022). It's now November and our system still isn't working properly. I do not believe it was installed properly and I am now having to spend a lot of money trying to figure out what's wrong. It's been very disappointing and frustrating.
Yosef was very professional, explained everything to me, and was not a “salesman.” He took his time and was very thoughtful about what the issue might be. He also wore a mask and used contractor shoe-covers, despite having to put them on/take them off multiple times as he needed to go in and out of the house.
Yosef is terrific, honest, up-front, and did a terrific job installing our HVAC and new water heater over the past few years. A true craftsman. Most highly recommended.

We hired Home Comfort to install our new HVAC system and hot water heater based on their reviews, and they did not disappoint. Yosef and Miguel ran into some unforeseen snags due to the age of our pipes, which took more time than anticipated, and they could easily have made arrangements to come back, as many others would have done, but they stayed until everything was completed. They both exhibited the utmost in professionalism and attention to detail. The fact that their prices were also great was an added bonus!

Yosef is really good, honest and professional. Provided the lowest quote for hvac replacement during peak summer and completed the installation flawlessly on time. Also provided a very honest assessment of our second unit and fixed a minor issue with that unit for a very reasonable price. I will recommend this business to anyone for their hvac needs.

Installation of my furnace and AC unit was well planned and executed at a fraction of the cost of other big box stores. The installers were friendly and well versed with the process.
