We just finished our second service with Jaime at Builder Brothers and wanted to share our positive experience. Throughout the process of scheduling and completing the HVAC maintenance, Jaime was courteous and professional. On both occasions he arrived on time, was considerate of our sleeping toddler, kept everything tidy, thoroughly explained the work he was doing, and politely answered all my questions. We will definitely keep going back to this business in the future.

I loved the work they did on installing a mini splitter in my garage. I am excited about the unit and the installation. It was quick price was great. I had estimates from different companies and they gave me a great quote. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed on how fast they installed my furnace. Jaime and his helper were very nice, respectful and answered all my questions. One of my biggest concerns going into this project was the price. I googled and set up an appointment with some of the best reviewed Heating and air conditioning installers. When speaking with the sales reps, it felt so commercial and almost like they didn’t know what they were talking about. It felt like negotiating at a car dealership. With builder brothers, they knew exactly what I needed and it didn’t feel like they were just trying to sale me something, it felt human, if you know what I mean. The best part was, they charged me half of what the other competitors were asking for. With a reasonable warranty coverage. I’m not exaggerating either. It was great I highly recommend using this company if you’re looking to replace your furnace. I was dreading this process, but it turned out to be a good experience. Thank You

If you're looking for a reliable, trust worthy and dedicated company then you found it! Christian Ortega has gone above and beyond to help my family and I during a time of need. Our air conditioner went up and he was at my house in less then thirty minutes. He was determined to fix the air conditioner and did not leave until it was finished. I have had a lot of experiences with different companies and I am proud to say I will not be using ANY other company from now on! Thank you Chris for ALL that you have done and continue to do. We are so beyond thankful for your outstanding customer service!

Estoy muy contenta con los servicios de Builder Brothers. Los recomendaron nuestros vecinos y decidimos llamarles y probar la compañía. Siempre fui escéptica de llamar a compañías de Aire Acondicionado porque las compañías que an venido tienen precios altos y nos aconsejaban cambiar el sistema sin darnos muchas obciones de reparación. Llamamos a Builder Brothers y llegaron el mismo día. Nos llamaron 30 minutos antes de llegar y llegaron en la ventana de tiempo prometida. Nos dieron obviones de reparación y pudimos usar un cupón de descuento más el descuento de el contrato familiar de mantenimiento. Ahora tenemos un contrato anual con ellos y mi familia y yo estamos muy contentos.
El servicio al cliente es Excelente! Mi calefaccion dejo de funcionar el sabado por la noche y contacte a Builder Brothers y su respuesta fue pronta y profesional. Cris Ortega fue muy amable y conocedor del problema que mi sistema tenia. El me dio diferentes recomendaciones para reparar mi calefaccion que se ajustaban a mi presupuesto. Definitivamente quede mas que satisfecha con los servicios que esta compania me brindo! La recomendare a mi familia y amigos!
Great service. My 1986 pulse modulation furnace has failed and needed to be replaced. Installation process went well and smooth. They were clean as they worked. Definitely recommend Builder Brothers.
Amazing company! This has been the best costumer experience ever. My house was freezing cold and Chris got my furnace up and running in less than an hour. He was well spoken and respectful, not to mention I got same day service with an unbeatable price.
