We had a great experience with BMC when we got our air conditioning system replaced. We needed to replace the condenser coil and the compressor on the roof of a Victorian downtown DC. Beth and Mark were very responsive throughout the process. Beth was very knowledgeable and always had a good explanation and answer to all our questions. BMC arranged for the crane as well to install the compressor on the roof so we did not have to.
Been using BMC for over two decades. You can't go wrong with this company. Owner is honest as the June day is long.
BMC installed a new air conditioning system in our home and did a fantastic job with a difficult installation. in order to get the air handler in the Attic they had to disassemble it and reassemble in the Attic. we have had them come a couple times a year to service the unit and replace material and they are always extremely responsive, accommodating, and reasonably priced.
Mark and Beth are truly customer and customer service oriented. As a fellow business owner, we only use them and only recommend them. They always are so considerate of our projects, our timeframes and our clients homes or job sites. Top shelf quality and the highest customer service is what we expect and exactly what we receive from Mark, Beth and everyone of their team members. BNC Installed our home HVAC system in 2012. They were a pleasure to work with and have been great with service and support since. We have had then do some service work at our office as well and they have been quick and cost effective.
the estimator arrived in reasonable time. Was professional, thorough, and very knowledgable. He contacted me with in a few days to give me an estimate and unlike the other 8 or 9 companies that had come to look at it and either not ever contacted me back, or couldn't do it, he said it would be no problem! I received the estimate in the mail fully detailing what they planned to do and which unit was going to be installed. Even had a few pages of detailed explanation of the unit, it's capabilities, and dimensions! Above and beyond what was required. The following week contractor arrived on time, worked all day to replace my 34 year old original coil unit in my condo. When I returned home at the end of the work day, my condo was clean and the unit was amazing! Highly recommended! Professional, efficient, clean, and best of all, they actually did exactly what they said they would! In the course of two weeks, my condo went from having a loud, inefficient, large, malfunctioning AC/heating coil unit, to a muuuuch quiter, smaller, efficient, energy saver! Wish I had started with B&B and not wasted time with the other companies! It's worth it!
