Best plumber that I’ve worked with in Baltimore. They made the process of replacing my water heater and working with the home warranty company painless. Highly recommend
Pohlman installed a tankless water heater. They came as promised and did the job neatly and professionally for the price quoted. Pohlman's crew (Jake and his assistant Richard) did a great job. They were friendly and efficient, Jake took the time to explain both the installation process and the operation of the water heater. They left the area spotless. We would definitely recommend them and use their services again.
Had a great experience using Pohlman to deal with a low water pressure issue at my house. They were knowledgeable and professional, and very communicative for quotes and scheduling. Highly recommend them!!
Came out to check my water heater, told me it was shot and wanted over $1800 to replace. Called another company who came out, said it was the gas valve ($450) and said my water heater was still in good shape. And it works just fine now. Don’t appreciate being lied to just so they could sell me a new water heater.
5/5 all the way!!!! Why you ask....there are so many things!! Timeliness, professionalism and problem resolution!!! You have no idea how much trouble I had getting a plumber via AHS to resolve my problems. I guess "they" are right when they say.... 3rd times a charm!! Pohlman Plumbing, Inc. ROCKS!!! Juan and Richard were fabulous! I will request their services if/when I need plumbing issues resolved in the future. I am so thankful I was finally assigned a company that is competent and awesome at their job. I won't name the first two companies, but they need to learn something from this team... this company in general. Juan and Richard worked hard and made sure the work was done correctly and that the problem was fixed. They listened to me and did not dismiss any of my concerns. And they cared! And I was educated throughout the process. Juan shared a lot of great tidbits!! I would refer this company over and over if someone asks if I know a plumber!!! Definitely 5/5!!!!
Dispatcher awesome. Fast service. Tech not so great, kept repeating what American homeshield would not pay for. Seemed like he was looking at how not to do the job. Very disappointing. My toilet is still leaking so what was the point?
10/10 recommend. These guys were Lightning fast! I got a new hot water heater put in. I received my estimate the same day after providing photos of the old water heater. We had our heater installed within a week of paying the down payment! The installers were on time and were out of my house in 2 hours, and now my showers are steaming hot!
Used these guys threw my home warranty . Terrible service . Would never recommend then to anyone

Very happy with Pohlman Plumbing. Had a plumbing emergency with a rental/townhouse and Jacob responded to my message immediately. It was a big job, requiring permits, but they found a temporary fix that allowed the tenants to continue living there and everything was complete in less than a week. Pleased with the price too.

The two men who serviced our water heater were super professional and respectful of our home. They even made sure to clean up our basement and mopped the floor when they were finished. They asked me questions along the way to make sure it was positioned in a way that would work for the space. I will 100% be reaching out to them for any of our future plumbing or water needs.
I always believed if there’s nothing good to say, just not say anything at all. But the way this company has “worked with the brand new installation of my AC system” is questionable. I would have preferred to pay a higher price if it meant better service than to have experienced what I did with this company. The multiple attempts to communicate and consistent chasing around to make them work maybe twice a month was insane. Unfortunately, I chose patience and the result was SLACK. We started this in spring, fall is now coming, Please have someone take care of this by the end of the week. Otherwise, I will hire another company to complete your work and send you the bill. THANK YOU

My first choice for plumbing service! Responded quickly, listened to my concerns, presented options, and completed the work efficiently. Most impressed by how they gave preventative suggestions and were careful to minimize the project's expense.

Job was reasonably priced, great communications, project was on schedule and on budget. The techs were knowledgable and paid attention to the details. Would definitely recommend and I would use again.
