⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - 5 Stars all around! We called Arundel Cooling & Heating today with an emergency for my mothers AC. It’s been out for 24 hours and was blowing hot air. They didn’t really have any availability however because of her being in her 70’s and in a 55+ community they were sympathetic and assured us she would be seen today. Donald arrived and was extremely professional and courteous. Within a matter of 30 mins her AC was repaired and working towards cooling her house down from the above 80 degrees it had been all day. Arundel Cooling & Heating will be our goto forever now. We’ll be cancelling her contract from another the McCruddy service provider she’s had, who told her it would be 5 days until she could be seen! And will be discussing a new service and maintenance agreement with Arundel now. Thanks again Arundel!!!!!
Everyone from office to techs has been impressive……VERY responsive, professional, competent, on time, courteous, clearly explain customer’s problem and what was done to fix it. I feel so fortunate to have this company for all my heat pump and furnace needs. They are a rare find and I am so grateful to have them in my corner.
BEWARE!! I was told I need a new coil for the air handler, that the part was covered by the warranty, and it would take about 4 hours to install. Then I received an email stating I would be charged over $ 1,400 for the repair with no details attached. When I asked what that charge was for and was told it covered labor and related items- the company refused to provide any other details.

I have used arundel hvac for over 10 years at our church. The technician JB that services and maintains our 14 units has expertise second to none. This organization is well run, demonstrates a,team effort to serve their clients. They keep on impressing me. Walt V the service Mgr and John V the Gen Mgr are super fantasic to work with. They are very friendly in person and over the phone and scheduling services or repairs is hassle free

I called earlier today about my AC not running right, seemed hotter than it should be. I had the pleasure of working with James and he was great! Very thorough with his work. I called around 12:30, and James was here within the hour. He was funny, polite, and honest. Which I appreciate honesty. Will be calling them back if I have any further issues!
Arundel Cooling was always on time, sent courteous and knowledgeable personnel who kept me informed on the status of their work and who had the right technical solutions. I used them for about 35 years and never had a complaint. Outstanding service, thanks again.

Had 6-month checkup on Heat pump equipment. As usual, technician was on time, respectful, and knowledgeable.
Amazing family owned business that genuinely care about your comfort weather it's cold or hot outside. Their service people are kind and timely to appointments and they're install teams are also top notch. Very prompt, very cordial, no need to stand over their shoulders as the clearly know exactly what they're doing. They will also go the extra mile to explain anything you're unsure of ***Update: I had to pull into their lot this morning because my drivers windshield wiper popped off all of a sudden and one of their workers was so kind enough to fixed it for me. And their concern that I was going to make to work and home today safe was so sweet.

Dave Stevens did our repair, he was professional and knowledgeable. He had us up and running again in an hour. We have used Arundel heat and air in the past and will continue. Quick to respond and great employees.
They never called me back! I do not recommend this company. I left a voice message and spoke to a rep on a weekend and he said he would convey the message and someone will call me back. Never happened. Abd this was the emergency ph no. Horrible service!
Arundel cooling and heating has been taking care of my 5 year old carrier A/C with two maintenance calls to date. I like Arundel because they are professional and capable. Their techs are solid, friendly, top notch guys. They also credited me on my most recent service when the tech was able to install the part faster than what was quoted.
I use Arundel Cooling and Heat for my oil heat and central air servicing. Their technicians are frank and honest, arrive on time, and don't mind me asking 500 questions as a homeowner. The pricing is fair. Calling for appointments is painless. They also send reminders to schedule my seasonal maintenance if I choose to have them come out. Highly recommended. We've had Dave and Louis come out to service our unit over time and both are awesome!
