We had an issue with a furnace that was installed by Sledge. I was upset initially but the owner took the time to personally came to our home to explain and apologize for the mistake. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

This company is the WORST!!! My AC went out. I made an appt. They rescheduled my appointment several times. I made arrangements to be home and noone came. I called and they finally made it out. Then they took several days to submit the diagnosis to my warranty company. When I called the main number to inquire about the delay. He advised he left the office for the day and had no further information. I would AVOID them at all cost. Not professional and not timely ....
Mr White was very pleasant and friendly. He walked me thru the whole repair issue. I cannot begin to thank him for such terrific customer service.

The arrival window I was given was 11am -3:00 pm they called and said the tech would arrive late 5:00-7:00- he arrived at 9:30 pm and when the tech left he had fixed nothing . I felt ripped off for paying money to get nothing done ! I also took the day off work for nothing ! This company is unprofessional ams I would not use them for any services - ever ! If this is how the are for initial call them I can only imagine what they would be like for the full replacement.
Sledge total Protection was awful with the exception of being within their time frame, the service was horrible. Came in to fix air conditioning unit and then I ended up with a leak to my hot water heater. The supervisors are horrible and do not know how to talk to customers. I should say this I am very intelligent since the supervisor actually said I wasn’t. I can tell you this I know when a unit is not working properly. The worst company ever..

Updated 3/30/21- I was initially very pleased with sledge but recently had several poor experiences with them which has caused me to downgrade my ratings from 5 to 3 stars. I called to schedule an appointment and they didn’t show up. Then I called again to reschedule, specifically told them to bring a ladder so they could reach my A/C unit and they forgot the ladder. Then I never heard from them after that visit about what was wrong with my unit. I have since moved on to another service provider. My original 5 star review is below: Sledge is has always been able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. They are punctual and have an app which allows you to track their progress to your house. The technician I have worked with, Patrick, is very knowledgeable and has always been able to identify the problem and repair as needed. They also take detailed notes and photos of each visit which is helpful for identifying any potential routine problem. I will continue to use Sledge for all my heating/ac repair needs. I highly recommend Sledge and Patrick.
