We bought a home and unfortunately according to the home inspection report, they checked the AC systems and were in working order, but we turned on our secondary unit and found it not to be true. Had an HVAC company come look and even read the report and HVAC tech said there is no way the inspector checked the secondary unit as the coils were rusted out and appeared to be that way for quite some time and zero freon, so it wouldn't of cooled at all. This was no small oversight according to the tech. Now we have to spend thousands to replace. Not sure what else on report is wrong. We are now having another inspection company come out for our own peace of mind to see if any other big items were overlooked.
I am super happy that I called All-Pro Services when my AC stopped working. They are true professionals. From the woman who initially answered the phone to the gentleman who came out to my house and gave me a quote, to the technicians who replaced the air handler and heat pump. They were all professional, courteous, and thorough with the work performed. They walked me through, step by step, what was to be done. Most importantly they arrived at my house on time and completed the job within the time they said it would be completed. They cleaned up the work space and provided me instructions on operating the new system. Not to mention the great price. Thank you All-Pro
Frist of all special thanks to Ricky, Jamaal, Devon, Rick, Jerry and Khriee. The All-Pro Services team was outright phenomenal!!! The team came out to replace a 20 year old system. During the installation the team discovered shoddy workmanship done by the previous home owner and without hesitation the team took the initiative to repair the connections between the units free of charge (technically outside of scope for the installation), and prevented a catastrophic failure of the entire system. It was thanks to their knowledge of HVAC systems that my home did not have more damage. After the install the team made sure that system was working correctly, and when presented with a technical challenge their knowledge and acumen ensured that my home was comfortable for me and my family. I have a second unit at the home that will be reaching end of life in the next year or two and will not hesitate to contact the All Pro Services team with it's replacement.
All Pro Services installed my heat pump hybrid water heater on time and for an extremely competitive price. I couldn't recommend them enough.

All-Pro replaced our domestic hot water tank. All calls were answered or returned immediately. Installers were very professional and completed the project within their estimate.
My mothers heating system went out on last Saturday morning and I called the office my taken and with in the hour a representative called me back and sent a technician out (Tom) to assess the problem. I want to thank Tom, Mr. Bill, Ms. Donna and the entire team that that help install my mothers new Heating system. What a wonderful team at All Pro. They are very timely, professional and courteous. Now check this out... The professional conversation initiated last week with All Pro Services office management. Communications were very polite and reassuring. I promised management that if the multiple installations and services were performed "as promised," I would be obligated to share my experience. Well... Their "APS" Team arrived on time. Here's where (75%) of my personal satisfaction approval rating begins. The team of Mr. Thomas, Tom, James, Jamar, and another very sharp young man reminded me of how the Chicago Bulls achieved their 6 UNBELIEVABLE League Championships Rings, when women's basketball was on the rise above the radar. We Love the WMBA! Now understand this. To the the office manager (Ms. Donna), Yes. You've earned this championship team rating for far exceeding our expectations. Instead of the hvac, heat pump, water heater, new thermostat, and FIVE carbon monoxide alarms requiring AN INSTALL OF 7 to 8 HOURS... These experts finished everything in under 5 or 4.5 hours! That has got to be a record the ACH&P League gives Championship Rings for. This team came with their game face on and performed with zero hiccups or delays. Wow. Thank you Dream Team for exceeding our expectations, way, way beyond what we could imagine. "And did I forget to mention how polite and professional these men were?" I sincerely promise that my referrals shall continue to flow and keep flowing with only one requirement. Don't add or compromise having the team synergy (supportively working as one system). I watched you closely, and you have this down to a science. You've all earned "30 Stars Ms. Donna!" Absolute PERFECTION.

The men came on time. They were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the area and hauled all of the debris away. They set up the trhermostat.

What an outstanding job by ALL PRO SERVICES INC. Great customer service and solution based service. My install was a bit off schedule but they showed up and showed out. Sent 2 teams; one to remove and the other to install a new AC/Heating unit all so I would not miss a flight. Techs were professional and worked tirelessly to get the job done and to make sure I was satisfied. Imagine the look on my face when I returned home and was greeted with the coolness of the air from my new AC unit. A lot of other companies need to take note. ALL PRO SERVICES understands the assignment and values their customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
All-Pro Services Inc did a marvelous work on the new HVAC - duct & vent installed to our home. The work was completed and professionally done for a day and the result meet our expectation. We are now breathing a clean air from the new duct installed and enjoying the cool air from the new air condition installed. We are looking forward to enjoy the heat from the new furnish installed as well this winter time. Very satisfied customer and will highly recommend this company to anybody who needs HVAC duct and vent installation in their homes.
I’m only giving 1 star because it’s the only way to write this review (FYI)..This is a current issue and I’ve yet to receive a response from management . I paid for maintenance service in Feb., meaning they’d come out in the summer and winter. As we’re in the month of July, it dawned on me that I hadn’t had my “summer visit”. I called to inform them that I hadn’t had service but before doing so, I had to go through the great debate of if I had an account. The agent was steadily telling me I didn’t, when thankfully I heard someone in the background correct her. We resolve the account issue, and I made my appointment; just to get a call back saying it had to be rescheduled due to the manager notifying them that no one would be able to provide service that day or time. Fine, we reschedule for another date. Here we are, 2 days later and I get another call saying that they have to reschedule my appointment for the same previous reason and there won’t be anything available until Aug 1 st. I’m livid! 1) You don’t keep track of me being a paid customer and follow up with appt scheduling as you advertise. 2) If I never remembered this prepaid service, they just would’ve taken my money, and render diddly squat. 3) Even when you make appointments, they just turn around and call you back with, “We have to reschedule your appointment, the manager said…” 4) If you ask for a refund for services they’re NOT providing, she’ll be the first to tell you; you can’t get a refund. Ironically it’s the one thing the rep didn’t need to refer to the manager about. I’m awaiting a call and will update this review. I want my refund. Lol. But SERIOUSLY 8/1/22-Follow Up Another call was made to the office in lieu of reaching the manager ( this was on the same day of my original review, July 21st) and an offer was given for an additional year of maintenance service for free, along with scheduling an appointment for 8/1/22. I have adjusted my rate from 1 star to 3 because of this accommodation and

Thomas and two technicians were extremely professional, courteous and meticulous about the installation. My questions and concerns were addressed. They did an excellent job, which eased my anxiety greatly. The removal of the old unit and clean-up was awesome 👌 Rick and Bill and the whole team thank you for your service !
