VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GETS THE JOB DONE
Charles and Mark was very excellent people I really appreciate all their hard work they took the time to fix my heat and I really appreciate everything they did. They both are very hard working men They communicate with me and the service was excellent I would refer others to this company. Customer service was excellent I am so happy my heat is working and now I feel like i am home
Mr. Lewis takes his time and is extremely detail oriented. He flushed my water heater and checked the gutters to make certain there was no external clogging. He made recommendations for more efficiency and ensured the efficiencies were cost effective. He independently verified issues and concerns from a previous inspection and provided course correction to avoid further damage. I am very pleased with his service.
I thought the reviews were a little too much, however I was surprised by the professionalism and level of work done. It far exceeded my expectation and yes Charles is as good as the review says he is! Wicked level of service and they answered without an answering service for a 24 hour service. I am used to getting a voicemail. Not only did I get an answer, I then had service provided within time frame. It was amazing. They were faster than I was ready for. Excellent job!
I had a great experience with Charles at Siwel. Our AC unit failed during what had been one of the hottest weeks of the summer. They arrived and talked me through the issue and their plan for repair. They made the repair to the existing unit and stayed onsite for 30 mins to ensure the unit was working properly. The compressor in the old unit died. They contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and learned my unit was out of warrantee. They then walked me through the pros and cons of repairing the existing unit and buying a new unit. We decided to buy a new unit so we'd have the warrantee. They raced to the manufacturer's warehouse just before it closed, installed my new unit, and stayed to ensure it was properly cooling. In total they spent several hours at my house between the repair and the install. They stayed until they got the job done. I was very happy with their service.

Our home had been without AC for about a week during one of the hottest times of the summer season. I placed a call to Siwel and Mr. Charles knew what the issue was before he even came out. In just a few hours Mr. Charles was at my home and had the air flowing within 30 minutes. I appreciate the prompt response and great service provided.
