Very good, reliable company, honest and hard-working. My central air unit went up and they had a back up and running within days.
We very much enjoyed our interaction with Matt, Scott and the rest of the bunch at Unison Cooling. We are finishing our basement and before the drywall could go up, we had a couple nagging issues we needed to resolve. One was relocating one of the supply vents so it wasn't so close to a return, and the other was replacing our condensate hose with a copper pipe and running it from one side of the basement to the other to reach the sump. Both tasks were accomplished swiftly, professionally and at a high quality. The group was pleasant to interact with. The turn around time between us calling and them showing up with a plan of attack was crazy quick. They walked us through everything and explained exactly what they were going to do, while giving us options. When the work was complete they walked us through all the components. They even fixed a small issue with one of our supply vents not being collared out far enough. So yeah, that was a long way of saying we absolutely recommend Unison Cooling if you're looking for something HVAC related.
I was very impressed by the service I got from Unison Cooling & Heating. Scott was the technician. He was very professional, and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Could not be happier and will definitely use this company for any other HVAC issues I may have in the future. A friend referred me to the company, and I will refer my friends and family as well.

Matt has been our entire family’s HVAC service professional for years and he is who we will always call. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding. His work is always of the highest caliber.
The heat wouldn’t come on and we had a guy from a different company come to the house to check it out. After not feeling 100% comfortable with the information we got, we noticed UNISON trucks working on a house across the street. Walked over and happened to speak to Matt. Within 5 minutes he came over and checked the system. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, called to order the part and had it fixed within a couple of hours. Not to mention the price couldn’t have been more fair! ONE THOUSAND PERCENT RECOMMEND!

Unison gave me prompt and expert service. The technician Scott was great, he showed up I explained the problem and he knew right where to look.. Had it fixed in 15 minutes, he was very professional and polite we need more companies like unison.
Heating went out new years day. These guy came out and repaired the system no questions asked. Charged a far price for the service call. I would highly recommend Unison.
10 years ago matt from unison installed my hvac from scratch. They did a wonderful, neat quick and very reasonable priced job. 10 years later everything works great. Their service is second to none. Your crazy to have anyone else do your work .no lie if i could give them more than 5 stars i would ,they are just that good.I have told others about them and they had them do the installations. Called on a Sunday morning left a message my system was not working. He called back, I was on my to church, left the door unlocked, came back home to a working system. I wasn't charged for a weekend house call. Awesome company.
My central air wasn't working so I called first thing in the morning. By 2pm my air was running. Fast, and super friendly! Can't ask for anything more.
This is most honest, reliable and efficient Cooling & Heating Company. These guys are just AWESOME!!!! They do a very thorough job at checking out your whole system to determine the exact problem. They came out to my home on a Holiday, right on time they said they would be there and saved me from a cold, cold house. They had my heat back up and running within an hour. I LOVE these guys, they are just Wonderful!!!! They don't try offering you parts or services that are not needed. I would diffently recommend this company to everyone out there who wants GREAT, HONEST, RELIABLE Cooling and Heating Company. You can't go wrong with choosing this company. LOVE them.
You couldn't ask for more honest people to work with! They are wonderfully responsive and truly care about their customers. They made special arrangements once to come over more quickly because they knew our new baby was effected by the heating issues. You also couldn't ask for more reasonable rates! LOVE this company!
