They was very helpful and professional. He explained the pricing options up front. We were happy with the work he did, and would recommend him to others.
He came over, and within a few minutes he figured out what was wrong. He is going to order the part and come by next week to fix it. I am grateful that he didn't try to sell me on anything or charge me for something I didn't need.

I'm a new client here. They were very kind and helpful in explaining to me the many troubleshooting and diagnosing processes they did when we encountered a problem with one of the dampers. He arrived on schedule, completed the repair in a timely manner, and asked if we had any concerns before leaving. I'm happy with our first encounter with them overall.
