Jon and his team at Cozy were super responsive and were able to schedule a full AC replacement within 48 hours. I truly appreciated being able to call and speak with a real person- not an answering service or a call center. Jon was knowledgeable and fair with prices, even willing to review other estimates from other companies and give a competitive price. As a landlord many states away from the property needing AC work, finding someone trustworthy to complete the job was essential. Jon was the guy! My tenants are now cool and comfortable and we will have Cozy Heating & Cooling service our units for years to come. I would recommend them to anyone.
I've known the owner of COZY, Jon, for a very long time. He's a very hard-working, honest individual who has a genuine passion for the HVAC industry. I've seen his work first-hand, in fact I've seen several jobs he has done. Believe me when I say that his cleanliness and attention to detail are second to none....Whether it be a service call or new install, you won't be making a bad decision giving COZY a call.
I normally don't write reviews but in this instance I have to say that Cozy Heating and Cooling is a top notch company. Jon and Perry were so professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. They replaced my old air conditioning unit which I am very pleased with. They arrived on time plus when they were done they went over with me on how to operate the thermostat and how to change the filter among answering all my questions Great work guys!! Plus I got a few other estimates and they were the cheapest.
Without hesitation would recommend Cozy Heating and Cooling! They completed the whole AC install job in one day, went above expectations, clean, efficient, and were simply a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you so much for helping us upgrade our older home. We now can be comfortable just in time for the summer!
Jon and his team (Midia and Ty) installed 4 mini splits in our 1940s home about a month ago and totally knocked it out of the park! We got quotes from 5 different companies, and Jon outshined them all in terms of quality, customer service, and price. Jon went out of his way to make sure we understood every aspect of the install, there were no surprises, and he left us feeling confident to care for our investment over the long haul. The install day itself was super smooth and the team surprised us by finishing the install days ahead of schedule. If you need HVAC services look no further than these guys!
Highly recommend Cozy for your HVAC needs! Jon is amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and has very competitive pricing. We were so impressed by the attention to detail, how perfectly everything was installed, how organized and efficient they were, and how well they cleaned up after themselves. They even fixed something on our other unit that we didn’t know was done incorrectly when it was installed by another company. We will always use Cozy in the future for all our needs!
These guys are top notch. Ty came out to do the quote, and they had the numbers back to me within a few hours. Jon and his crew came out the next week in the pouring rain and had my whole HVAC replaced in six hours. He went through and explained in detail all the work they did, which was quite a lot. Went above and beyond replacing anything needing it in order to future proof the system. Will be a continual customer going forward.
Jon and his team were prompt, polite, neat and finished the installation of a mini split system in my 1942 cape cod in 2 days! Just in time for the heat wave this week in April. I highly recommend Cozy Heating and cooling. We are loving our cool home! Thank you Jon and your team!
Amazing experience
My home lost heat in January. I called a large HVAC company to take a look and got a quote with 24 to 48 hr lead time. The second company was a no show. Cozy answered the phone right away and was able to give me a rough estimate. The tech was at my house with the parts in hand in a few hours, fixing the issue. Not only did they beat the large company by more than 50% of the cost but they fixed it in a day. I highly recommend and will use again if needed.
Jon and his guys saved me after my heat went out. I couldn't belive how fast they came out and got it going again!! Very professional and friendly!
Jon, Ty and the team at Cozy were phenomenal from the first interaction through installation of my new A/C and heating units! Their customer service was great and their prices were competitive. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had with contractors. I would highly recommend.
I called with an emergency, my heat wouldn’t come on and my house was literally freezing inside. Out of the many that called me back, oh and it was Christmas Eve, Cozy was truly willing to help. Because of that they will get my business from now on and anyone I know. Im glad to see there are still companies out there that genuinely want to make the customer happy.

It is literally Christmas Eve. I wake up, no heat during one of the most vicious cold snaps in recent memory. I called Cozy, fully expecting I was going to have to either pay an arm and a leg for emergency, Christmas-Eve repair, or spend the holiday shivering in the corner like an orphan in a Dickens novel. Instead, I got immediate help over the phone that solved the problem! Jon Blasy answered my call, had me text photos of my unit, and walked me through, step-by-step, on a temporary solution to get my heat up and running through the holidays. When I asked about whether or not I needed an immediate professional repair, Jon said that I'd be fine til Monday and scheduling an appointment rather than emergency services would save me a good chunk of change. Turns out, Jon is the owner! I can personally attest that he operates his business hands-on and with integrity and kindness! Couldn't recommend Cozy enough. They're living up to their name by keeping me, my roommate, and my cat cozy through the holiday.

I will use this company again. I rarely write reviews, but I believe Cozy Heating & Cooling deserves some recognition for the excellent response time, communication, pricing, expectations, and overall service. Second, it was a tough decision to know who to call for my furnace not turning on because there are 20+ companies in the Baltimore area with 4.5+ star reviews. I turned to my neighborhood FB page to seek out a HVAC company others were recommending. I felt confident in using a company who multiple people recommended. The first company's diagnostic rate was standard, communication was good, and they came to diagnosis the next day. However, the company didn't call the same day with the part and pricing for install. I had to call the next morning to then find out the inducer part and service would be $939. Based on supplier pricing, national averages, HVAC labor rates, etc., the price seemed highly inflated. I called a couple well-known commercial/residential HVAC companies to have a better idea of part price to help determine why the cost was so high. I chose not to use one of those companies because the diagnostic charge, first 1/2 hr, and each additional hour would be to expensive when the issue was already diagnosed. I needed a company open to replacing the already diagnosed problem. I returned to Google to search out HVAC companies. Again, so so many. I purposefully chose Cozy Heating & Cooling because the reviews were specific to service, time, and price. Which sounded fast and honest. I was very happy about my choice. Jon, the owner was super responsive and great at communicating via text. He quoted the job for the replacement of the inducer motor at $599. He noted additional costs would be incurred if other parts were needed. Understandable. Great. Jon had my part picked

I called because my heat was not working this morning and it was 60 degrees in my house. They came same day and during the time they said they would. Also fixed the problem. It’s hard to get good service these days so I really appreciated it!!!!
Had the pleasure of working with Cozy after my previous “Large Company” hvac service provider wanted to replace the entire unit. John and his team came in and did the fix for fractions of what a new unit would cost. Professional, strait forward service that wants to earn your business for the future, not sell you something you don’t need. Highly recommend them!
