So thankful for word of mouth. I heard about Jason and his brother from a friend that used them prior to their relocation to MD. She had nothing but positive things, and recommended Today Air to me for my replacement unit. I got the heating and cooling unit replaced . They provided a reasonable quote and did a great job. Timely, professional and quality Care at reasonable price. My only issue is I did find a crack on my back door after the fact , it's a new door so I can't say for sure where it came from but all I know is it wasn't there before .
This is a warning.! Do not by any means use this company. If it is at all a company! I had them install my new AC unit, and they seemed like a great company. The staff was friendly and did a wonderful job with the installation. However, I now am having issues with my unit and no matter what I've tried they can not be reached. Any personal or professional numbers do not work. They have no working website or online information., it is if they do a job and run. They are no longer in my area, or so they say based on what little information I did find. But they have a Baltimore address, but clearly they were in Virginia doing work and installation. They are still listed as active with the BBB. So why the constant numbers changes and address information? Why no valid online presence? Scammers?!. Beware.
Is this company still in business. I am having problems with my AC. I purchased the service warranty from this company where they service the unit twice a year. I called the number and recording says number is not in service. I used the emailed and it came back undeliverable. I paid over $200.00 for the maintenace warranty, what do I do now? How can they be contacted ?

I highly recommend Today Air. We were in a tight crunch as our system went up. We reached out to Today’s Air and they were able to fit us in at the last minute. The staff was very accommodating and the technician who came to our home was friendly, professional and exceptionally skilled.
Recommend by a family friend, service was great! The young lady who works the office was very professional and communicated very well with me throughout the process. The technician who came out was also very professional & knowledgeable Of what he was doing! Highly recommended. I would use them again.
Best pricing and quality work
Run from this guy. You can't trust a word that comes out of his mouth. On the phone it was one price and in person it kept going up! If you do business with him you deserve what you get! First time I have been cursed out by a contractor. Added today: Read ALL the reviews not just the ones written by themselves and friends!

NO SHOW!! They don’t answer their phone either! I had the exact experience another customer complained about. Set up at least a week in advance through my home warranty company. They never contacted me at any time. A huge inconvenience and waste of my time and money to take off work for the appointment.
I received a verification email after scheduling an appointment with them through my home warranty and they were a no-show, when I called I was told that my appointment was actually set for a different day and there was a mix-up, though inconvenienced I kindly excepted and took another day off of work as well to be home for the repairman on the said appointment date and time. The technician never showed, I called multiple times to inquire and the voicemail picked up after the first ring each time. I am a nurse so taking off of work during a pandemic is extremely difficult. This has inconvenienced my not only my family but others who had to pick up my shift as well as my personal finances. They don’t even have their company name inside of their voicemail service. Very unprofessional.
I truly enjoyed working with this company. My AC unit in my home broke down for good this year. Today Air was excellent in replacing my unit. The staff was very professional and the pricing was fair. I even recommended this company to my neighbor who experienced a similar issue. I highly recommend.
