Randy was timely and communicative throughout the entire process of replacing our gas valve for our unit. Definitely a life saver. Highly recommend services.
Their service was phenomenal. They were very direct and friendly in providing an assessment and estimate. Best part is that they were way lower than any of the other HVAC estimates for the exact same systems/specs. After paying the deposit, they were over the next week to install a new handler and compressor in under 4 hours. Friendly and respectful, the same guy(owner) who did the estimate was there helping install it.
Randy was a life saver. I needed emergency service for my furnace and he was able to save the day. He came at the exact time he stated and was able to diagnosis the issue right away. As soon as the part was in he was able to come and get it installed for me. He was professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

My central AC unit died on Friday 7/15/2022. I scheduled 7 different companies to provide quotes for a replacement unit the following day. Smith & Son was able to provide the best price (by a long shot), on the highest quality replacement unit available, AND have it installed by the following Tuesday. The service techs that came to install the new unit arrived 30 minutes early, and completed the job almost an hour ahead of schedule. They were polite, professional, hard working, and very quiet. My wife and I work from home, and we were able to do our jobs while the techs were installing the new unit with zero interruptions to our work day. After the work was completed, the owner of the company Randy, came to inspect the work to make sure everything was in good order and answered any follow up questions we had. Its been a few days since the install was completed and so far everything is working like a dream. Thank you Randy and the Smith and Son team for the great service. I couldn't be more impressed with Smith & Son HVAC. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price, great turn around time, and professional workmanship.
A service visit was scheduled for 830 and Randy way prompted and on time. He immediately diagnosed the issue with my unit and went straight to the problem. He's well knowledgeable about his craft and his due diligence spoke for itself!!! At 845 my AC is up and running again!!! I appreciate the service!!!!

Randy and Smith & Son Hvac LLC, conduct business the way it use to be. I'm an older person and remember how it use to be in the good old days, people were hard working and courteous and cared about the work they do, they stood behind their work and Randy even though younger still has these values. So with that said I know who I will always use for Hvac needs, and if you need a reputable, hard working, courteous, knowledgeable Hvac person give Randy and Smith&Son LLC a call you won't be disappointed .
Smith & Sons replaced my Furnace and AC system in April 2020 after flood damage. I got 4 quotes and selected Randy and Smith & Sons for 3 main reasons. #1 Randy provided a written quote immediately with his laptop from my living room. He didnt have to "work it out at his office" like some other companies #2 He diagnosed the reason for the damage and offered to speak to my insurance company to explain how the damage occured. #3 His price was fair. He wasnt the cheapest or the most expensive. They arrived within a one hour window on installation day as promised and finished the same day, carefully cleaning up after themselves. Im not knowledgeable enough to tell you about the quality of my unit or the installation, but I can tell you that the price was fair, the i installation was fast and I have recommended Randy to my friends.
My air conditioning system stopped working on one of the hottest days of the season. He was on time and knowledge responding to my concerns. After he inspected and analyzed the problem he repaired it quickly. He was mannerly and very respectful. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again for any future needs
Wow! I cannot thank Smith and Son HVAC LLC enough! I do not do reviews. But, I had to take time out of my day to do this one--because if you were suffering like we were with no AC you want to know which company to go with quickly--that company is Smith and Son. Randy was amazing. He answered my calls and was immediately available to discuss my AC problem. When I called back to provide more info he was again immediately available. We are entering the peak of summer and HVAC companies I am sure are over extended in every way. But Randy was patient, heard me vent for a moment about my kids and mother being home in the heat, and my frustration with other companies. When I was finished he said he could be here same day and was right on time in the exact window specified. Our AC system is on the brink of failure, we bought a house with a very old system. But this time, the fix was a quick one and he got it done within less than an our (even had the part in his truck) so my kids could sleep in a cool house tonight. He did not spend any time trying to sell my husband on a system upgrade or replacement (although we need it for sure) instead he got our AC back on so we were no longer suffering--THAT in and of itself guarantees we will go right back to him when this system has run its course. When it comes to home maintenance I have found reliability is one of the most important for me. Smith and Son was reliable, responsible, honest, and efficient. We will go with them again!
5 STARS We called Randy today and within 2 hours he was at our home and the HVAC system was fixed. Professional, Fast, Dependable, Honest, Knowledgable and Trustworthy. Now this is the type of company that needs to be referred to all. Absolutely Phenomenal!
5 stars only based on one phone call with Randy. He was straight forward and honest with his advice for me to try before spending the money to get someone out to my house. His advice was actually my initial thought when I encountered a minor issue with my air before I started researching and investigating further. This is how you do business, they are now my go-to for any problems in the future! Thanks a lot Randy

I contacted this company through my home warranty provider. Smith & Son Hvac LLC did not disappoint. My central AC unit went up and was no longer blowing out cold air. Smith and Son Hvac was about to diagnose and quickly fix the problem which happened to be a bad motor. Not only did he fix the issue, but he was able to answer all of my questions about my central AC unit as well. Great job!!!

Randy and his team were hired by my landlord to do a new furnace install at my condo. The service that he provided was excellent. He was very professional, courteous, wore shoe covers anytime he walked in the house. My new furance is amazing. The professionalism and job performace were top notch.
