Saffer employees not only took care of the job for which I called them, but found a solution for another known problem without my mentioning it to them. Beautiful workmanship, too.

Brook and Bradley did a great job with replacing my toilet. They took the time to make sure the job was done right, even if it wasn't the original plan. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job of outlining my options for moving forward. (In other news, they had great taste in music and were very patient with my nosy dog!)
These gentlemen were so polite , they were on time and got straight to work, they were in and out, cleaned up after each piece was done.

Christian came to visit and repair our clogged sink. We called and they were very responsive coming same day. They called ahead of time and were on time. Upon arrival were very friendly and polite. They were incredibly efficient and we were beyond impressed with their level of professionalism and skill! We have used them before, and this is why we will continue to come back! First off, I was impressed and so thankful that someone from Saffer was able to come out so quickly to look at my water heater. Literally maybe 30 minutes after I called! The on-call plumber, Josh Gallano, went above and beyond. He gave me several possible reasons for the recurring issue (pilot keeps going out and have to manually light), and although Saffer was not able to fix the problem right now, as the cause is as of now unknown, Josh gave a thorough explanation of what was going on and what might be causing it. Josh was professional, personable, and beyond helpful. He even got me to purchase a service agreement; he did a great job of explaining the benefits, and it seemed like a no-brainer! Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to Josh. He was awesome and I would trust him with any plumbing issue that should arise. Thank you, Saffer! You turned a dismayed and anxious Friday evening (upon discovering the problem) into one of relief and thankfulness! PS. I am a long-time customer of Saffer. I have used them for various plumbing needs (including replacing water pipes), installing my water heater, and even doing electrical work. So I'm not just commending them for water heater service - they offer a variety of services and are an all-around quality and reliable company!

Very knowledgeable and customer service oriented, I've been using Saffer for years now and as a newer homeowner they have really given me piece of mind knowing all my plumbing has been inspected and taken care of. Project installs are well planned and organized, I know when plumbers will arrive and about how long the job will take. I definitely recommend Saffer for your plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber on short notice Fri afternoon to unplug a clogged kitchen drain/ garbage disposal. Saffer promptly sent out Brent who took care of the problem in 30 min. Huge relief! It was expensive but worth the fix before the weekend. I appreciate the promptness and the cleanup afterward.
Paperless, professional courtesies not always afforded by established blue-collar businesses are received when you hire Saffer. Plumber who fixed the situation: an upper echelon operative who takes the job seriously and wants clientele to know what they are getting and for how much. No work is done before approval and quoted costs. Find out ahead how long the job(s) will run and you'll be able to better plan your day around the sometimes lengthy hours the work entails. Still, the workmanship (and womanship) are top tier local and long-running, so hire Saffer for your next elec/heat/plumb!
Saffer does a great job as always. They recently came out and replaced my shower faucet and shower head, and the job was done quickly and professionally.
Plumbing job was done professionally, according to code. The plumbers were cordoal, pleasant to have in my home. I feel confident that my job was done correctly and I will use this company for future needs.
We suddenly had a backed up kitchen drain all the way into the basement. It was Sunday night right before Labor Day. They sent a guy on call and he was here in 35 minutes. Jason Gallano went right to work identify the problem and stayed approximately 2-1/2 hours until everything was fixed completely. We are very appreciative. Jason was cool and calm, very efficient, knowledgeable and exceedingly polite.
Very professional and prompt would recommend. Brent showed up and explained everything and brought up costs on his tablet so I knew what the total would be and I am very satisfied with the work Brent did.

I’m a resident of the Lutherville area and I just want everyone to know:call these guys for Honest, Professional, and Transparent services. We had Chris and Brad come to a neighbors house today who had called another plumber and was given an astronomical quote just to SHOW UP! She is an older Greek woman who unfortunately gets taken advantage of by unprofessional companies whenever I don’t give her a referral. So I told her to call Saffer-my whole family uses them and due to the fact that I am an IT specialist who subcontracts out different companies than just IT, I can see right through these film flam Sam shops that unfortunately somehow obtained a license and just rip people such as my neighbor. She is a godsend as a friend, mentor, and someone I feel like I need to be at her house when any HVAC, plumber, or Carpenter is giving an estimate. Well, today I missed her call when Chris and Brad arrived and I was Scared to death of what they were doing in there just because she doesn’t speak great English. I ran over and was so pleased with their respectful attitudes, Honesty, and now because of Chris and Brad Saffer has a lady with literally about 60 close Greek friends that will all be referred to Saffer. Keep good Employees like Chris and Brad and there is no end to the pyramid affect of referrals! By the way, this is probably the second review I have ever given.
Five star experience from meeting Bryan working in our neighborhood- so proud of his pink!!! Truck and the charitable work of Saffer culture. He listened to me and set about solving our problem calling his office for us. We had our own plumber shortly and Chris was professional and quick in his work to solve our problem. Most impressive- !
