I have called upon Prime One Services for repairs on my a/c, furnace and hot water heater. On at least two occasions, I called with urgent needs and Mr Allen personally and promptly came to my residence. His work and craftsmanship is excellent. In addition, the pricing is very reasonable and he stands by his work. He has become the “go to” for all of our HVAC needs.
Damon came to the property very promptly on an emergency call. My heating system was not working. He diagnosed the problem and showed me what was wrong with the system. He quoted me a very fair price for the work he did. Once completed he checked back with me to make sure everything was running smoothly. Very professional, fair pricing and courteous through the whole process. Highly recommended.
Super fast to come out. Furnace stopped work and it was fixed same day. Will definitely be using again!

Damon was very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. He helped repair the capacitor in my unit and helped educate me and my fiancé about maintaining our unit. We will be taking advantage of the annual maintenance service offered.
