We have been with Perry Hall Heating and Air Conditioning for a few months now and the have done an excellent job. Their technicians are professional, print and polite. Most importantly they are honest. We got a $4000 estimate from another company. We called Perry Hall who carefully diagnosed the issue and discovered the issue that cost about $300 to fix…so glad we called.
PHH&A installed a mini-split AC system in my home this past March (2023). Rob, the sales rep, was very responsive and helpful. I got at least 3 estimates and Perry Hall was by far the least expensive, about 1/3 less than the others. It's July now and I've used the system many times. It cools quickly and efficiently. Earlier this month I had an electrical problem at my house and they quickly sent someone out to make sure the system was not the source of the problem (it was a BGE issue). I highly recommend them.

I was really pleased with the installation of a new furnace/AC. Great price (I'd gotten 3 estimates), detailed contract, timely service and finished when they said they would. I noticed a minor cosmetic and sound issue with the return vent, called them up the next day and had the install manager, Matt, come by < 24 hours and have it repaired the same day. Much appreciated. Highly recommend installs and annual service (I've used them before to keep up a 30+ year old system before it was finally time to upgrade). Very reliable.

My HVAC is located in my ceiling of my condo. The drainage wasn’t working correctly resulting in water backup and overflow. The technician was prompt, professional, identified the problem, and fixed it. The price was right also. He also checked the vents to ensure the HVAC was operating correctly. My HOA handyman was the one who recommended this company. I’m glad he did, am very happy.
We are multiple times returning customers of Perry Hall Heating and AC. We first experienced their professional service when our very old pair of HVAC's stopped working, both were emergencies - one during the peak of summer and the other during the dead of winter. They came right away and fixed our HVAC's so that we can continue using them. Last year, we requested for a quote to replace both systems. Rob came right away and provided us the estimate but we realized we were not financially ready yet. This year, we decided to proceed so we called again. Rob gave us the adjusted quote and we compared it with two other companies. Perry Hall Heating and AC's quote was the most reasonable. From arranging the installation with Kathy to the actual installation with Kevin, Matt and AJ - the whole process was a breeze. They were responsive, efficient and professional. My air conditioner stopped working. Called Perry Hall Heating and Air. They were out quickly and found the issue, ordered the part, called as soon as it came in, and were out in 2 days. Today I am cool and comfortable. Thank you everyone at Perry Hall Heating and air. Great company!

Replaced aging heat pump system. Efficient, professional and tidy. Very responsive on a follow-up issue, (which turned out to be nothing, btw). Highly recommend.

My new unit has leaked since day one. It leaked into my ceiling and caused a huge stain in two of my bedrooms they sent someone over to apply a stain treatment and then paint it but the leak came back and caused another stain. In the summer my air-conditioning continuously drips inside my house and into my gutter onto my deck. I have had them come out to service this twice. I get the blameless apology but it’s still not fixed. Definitely would go with a different company who would keep themselves accountable for their own mistakes.
Good honest company, my family has been using them for years so when it came time to replace my whole system, I knew who to call! Every member of their staff that I interacted with was courteous and professional. They did a great job on installation and showed me how it all works. I am very happy with their service and would recommend anyone use them for HVAC needs.
No installation on boilers
John was our technician today and he was very professional and very friendly to speak with. We are new homeowners and although we need to replace our current AC unit, we are trying to make it last as long as we can. The storm we had last night knocked our power out 4 times and that caused issues with our unit outside. It needed a small part replaced and it's running cold again. Would recommend! Thank you!
I am over the top gapot with this company. They came out for an emergency on my ac. The price was fair treatment was kind and situation handled professionally. Will definately use for all my havc call
Very reasonable pricing. Came and put my new A/C / furnace in in less than 5 hours. Very professional and quick. I did 11 quotes from various HVAC companies and not only was Perry Hall the lowest quote they were the ones able to get out the fastest.
