We needed emergency service as our family was coming into town. We called in the morning and Scott arrived around 2pm that afternoon. It's apparent that Scott is dedicated to his work and he values creating a positive customer experience. 10/10... our air is nice and cold now. Thank you, Scott!
The last time I used Future Tech was the day of the big freeze just before Christmas of 2022. My heat had gone out the day before and Scott was able to make it out the next morning and get my furnace going again. I have used Future Tech for years. I have a few rental properties as well as my home, so I have had a fair number of experiences with Scot, both repairs and new installs. He is honest and very reasonable for both repairs and installations. I don't even request an estimate first. I trust Scott and know he will charge a fair price. Scott is the type of tradesman we are always searching for - someone who does excellent work, is honest and very reasonable.
Update 2022: I recently had to call FutureTech after my Central Air suddenly stopped working. 3 years later they still set the standard for quality, knowledge and affordability in my eyes. The entire team from the young lady I spoke on the phone with to the technician, Scott, that came out and serviced my machine were nothing but polite, responsive and helpful with any questions I had throughout the entire process. They are the only company I will use or recommend for anything HVAC related. I could not be happier with the service I received from Future Tech. They are very professional, courteous and knowledgable with everything they do. From the time I first called and scheduled an appointment til they completed the job I felt like I was in good hands and they had my best interest in mind. Will be using them for any and all HVAC issues I encounter.

Had issues with our furnace but Scott was able to come out and fix it in a timely manner. He was very professional, polite, honest and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required parts in his truck to do the repair on the spot. Finished up the job with a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Future Tech and I will absolutely be going to them with any future HVAC needs!

I’m so happy to have gave Scott a call! I recently purchased a home and noticed within a few days my furnace wasn’t working. I had another company come out hoping for a repair. They showed up quick but insisted the furnace would be worthless to fix and sent out a tech to quote me for a new hvac system. It seemed a bit pushy with their sales tactics so I went with my gut to push for a second opinion (hvac systems aren’t cheap) and found this local family business to step in. Scott responded quickly to my inquiry and was very thorough over the phone to figure out what we needed before coming out to be able to give us the best numbers for a system replacement. Even at that point, the numbers he quoted were significantly less than what we were told at first. He came out and checked the furnace and to our surprise, told us it is still in good shape. Our system isn’t that old and just needed some maintenance down the road. He answered all of our questions and was very honest with the situation stating the original company we called is known for being pushy and costing people thousands of dollars for things that could be simple to fix. Scott just wanted my family to be warm and safe in the most efficient way. I could’ve hugged him knowing how much he saved us after our home purchase.
Scott came to our rescue when our heat stopped working one frigid Saturday morning back in January. We gave him a call first since he serviced our HVAC before and left a voicemail. Scott replied after being busy with other clients that morning and said he would be available at 2pm. He got to our house right on time. He guided me through the usual diagnostic tests. It turned out the problem was our gas valve leading to our heat system. Luckily for us, he had the part in his truck and fixed everything within 2 hours while providing a non-patronizing education about HVACs. Thanks for being our HVAC guy, Scott!
Seriously knew what he was doing. Told me the problem could be one of several things—he would try each fix, then, if the system failed after he left, he’d come back and try the next thing immediately. It turned out the first two suspects weren’t the culprit, and when I called, he was back in a flash to try the next solution. Super friendly and super fair price. He’s who I’ll call for now on whenever anything he can fix breaks.
From the moment I contacted Mr. Scott he was very warm and welcoming, once he arrived he was quick and professional I love my service and will definitely contact him again should I need any future assistance. I will recommend this company 100%
Our heater stopped working on a Saturday afternoon and we called Future Tech (Scotty Menser) that evening. He responded right away. We are so lucky to have found him via his positive Google reviews. He’s very kind and explained everything that was going on. Expected to have to pay a lot for Saturday night service, but it was very reasonable. We will definitely come back to Scotty in the future.
Our Boiler stopped working one Saturday morning. I called them and Scott came over to take a look at what was the issue. He was patient as we explained what was going on and comprehensive in figuring out what the issue was. He stayed longer to test out all the possible reasons our boiler stopped working. After leaving Scott follow-up the day after to make sure everything was still working. Highly recommend this small business for all your heating needs.
An old furnace in a rental home was not working. I was very concerned it would need to be replaced. Scott fit me in after a phone call and immediately started work on the furnace. It was unclear what was wrong and he communicated every step of the way. He was able to put my mind at ease and fix the issue. While I hope I don’t have another issues, if I do Scott will be my first phone call. He’s great!
Great guy, great service! I called Scott Saturday morning, but he wasn't able to respond until the afternoon because he was on another call. However, when he did respond, he said he could still come out to evaluate the situation even though another company came and told us what was wrong. When Scott stopped by, he checked everything thoroughly, confirmed the problem, and did his best to find a replacement part as soon as possible. He wasn't able to get the heat working on Saturday, but he went to pick up the part on Sunday and had it installed the same day. Scott was very responsive and kept us updated on the search for the part. He is also reasonably priced. I will definitely use his services again.
The long and short of it is that Scott was extremely responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, educational, and courteous/friendly. He worked tirelessly to fix our heater and gave pointers and information along the way as I asked. Anytime we, or anyone we know in the area, has an issue we can't work out - we will call Scott & Future Tech.
Hello, Our family has used Future Tech for 30+(?) years. A honest, clean, hard working, neat freak. He's local. Good people. We had problems with other companies, mostly doing oil furnace maintenance. Always had to clean up afterward. That ended with FT. He later replaced our oil burner with gas. So nice, so clean. Replaced the central AC upstairs unit and later the outside unit. Our house is cold in the summer. Always responsive. Will answer the phone. And he shows up. He recently stopped by to check on a safety switch for our AC. Records showed he was last in our attic 11 years ago. So that was good work. I've recommended him to all my friends, neighbors, co-workers and family. All are pleased. Thank you
Man where do I begin ! Scott was an amazing, courteous and professional HVAC specialist who had our AC running like new. After some very unfortunate events with our warranty company and their assigned contractor, we reached out to Scott for a second opinion. He was able to save us $$$ with a clear diagnostic and unclogging our pipes. Very reasonable pricing, walks you through exactly what he needs to do and what’s wrong. 5/5 would recommend! Scott was able to come and fix my A/C in a timely, professional manner. He took all the current Covid precautions which I appreciated. He diagnosed my A/C's problem and took time to explain his findings and my options in a clear way. His prices are very reasonable and I'm so glad I called him and not one of the large companies who's main goal is to get the most money they can get from you. He performed the service and made sure my A/C was performing to his satisfaction before leaving. I will most definitely recommend Future Tech to family and friends and not hesitate to call again for any future HVAC needs!
Scott saved the day… again! This winter he fixed my furnace. He just fixed my AC after it stopped working on an especially hot day. He is knowledgeable, fair, and reliable. Highly recommend.
