Highly recommend! Professional, thorough, responsive, willing and able to work through challenges to solve unique problems. We can tell that they take pride in their work and are never satisfied until the issue is completely resolved.
David was very nice. Checked everything, explained everything. 4 hour window. Arrived after 2 hours. Left 2 screws on the floor. I was able to put them back in myself. All in all satisfied.
Michael personally called me after I made an appointment to schedule something even sooner, which was great. He also talked me through my issue over the phone so I knew what the problem likely was and how I could work around it until he arrived to make the fix. They're always really friendly, honest and personable. I definitely recommend them!

After scheduling an appointment for Monday July 3rd, I received a call back that they had a cancellation and could come the same day. Mike was great, very professional and showed me the problem. In less than an hour my AC was up and running. I will definitely use them again.

Our top floor AC unit quit working. I contacted Complete Climate Services (CCS) first thing this morning and was offered an “after-hours” appointment at their “emergency hourly” rate which I readily accepted. Within two hours, Mike H from CCS reached out to let me know an earlier appointment for today had canceled and would I like to reschedule for earlier in the day at a lower hourly rate. I accepted the appointment change and the technician arrived within the designated time window. When the technician arrived; he was very personable and ready to go to work to troubleshoot where the AC unit was malfunctioning. He quickly identified the issue and explained in non-technical jargon what the problem was and the steps necessary to make essential repairs. Further evaluation by the CCS technician showed that the interior unit was not properly installed. He also confirmed there was a refrigerant leak and what short and long term options were available to address the leak, again in non technical terms. Overall, I am pleased with choosing Complete Climate Services for this repair. I feel their responsiveness and technician’s ability to handle the domino effect of problems and explain them to me in terms I understood was ideal for me. I also like the fact I was able to give this work to a local business. I plan on using Complete Climate Services for our future HVAC needs as well as recommending them in the future.

After calling another company that didn't bother to show up, I was so relieved to find Complete Climate Services. Dave was prompt, kind, and explained everything that was going on. He even taught us some ways to do maintenance ourselves. Excellent experience, will definitely use this company again.

What an easy process. We had to get our previous system removed and new system installed. They were available when we needed them and were able to complete the job efficiently in 1 day. We will make sure to to contact them if we ever need to and would recommend their services to anyone.

I couldn't recommend COMPLETE CLIMATE SERVICES more highly. They came out to fix an incorrectly installed thermostat to a place we moved into to get our heating working properly. when spring came, it wasn't managing the ac properly. They came out immediately free of charge and took care of the problem. Knowledgable, professional, extremely nice technicians. I'm very pleased.
