Outstanding customer service and value. The tech was able to make it out within 24hrs and identified the problem with 10 minutes. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just a small part to get my system up and running. Honesty is hard to find theses days but he was as straightforward and transparent as possible. I will be using them again in the future.

The service tech from Amazing, Ryan Edwards, was great. He was kind and professional and presented us with several options to choose from including repair or getting a quote for replacement. There was no high pressure pitch, which I greatly appreciated.

Highly recommend Amazing for all of HVAC needs! We had no cool air in the home so they sent someone immediately! We needed a new unit because the existing unit was 14 years old. The sales representative came to the house and explained everything that was going to happen with the new installation! Within the week, the installation was finished and we are cool and happy! Joey, Devin and Charlie were polite and friendly. They made sure are that the floors were covered, the furniture was safely moved and put back in place, cleaned up everything when finished. Truly and AMAZING group of gentleman! Thank you to all involved for making out lives comfortable!
Like a mechanic it’s difficult to trust who is the best and who is giving you accurate, effective and quality service at the right price. I never had to worry about that with these guys. I was treated with respect and like family. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
In May, Amazing replaced our HVAC system. The whole process, from getting quotes to a quick fix that was needed after install, was fantastic. The office staff answered all calls promptly, pleasantly (which after being on the phone with several companies was much appreciated) and were really helpful. The time between getting a quote and installation day was about a week. We were given a rundown of what to expect day of and it went just that way. Joey, Tony & Devin were on time (really just about 15 minutes early) and went right to work. They were respectful of our property the whole time even making sure the gates, which keep the dog in, were locked at the end of the day. They answered any and all questions with patience and clarity. And possibly most telling of all, my dog liked them all! It was a pleasure working with them and I intend to call on them when it's time to take care of the water heater.
Tony was a great tech. He spent a couple hours working to fix the issue and ultimately solved the problem. I appreciated his time in explaining how the system worked and what the possible issues were as I hovered over him…

Same day service, polite, fixed issue and didn’t try to pull a fast one on us by fixing anything that wasn’t broken.
My heat pump was working ok prior to service. Tech comes, tinkers around with the system for over 2 hours, tells me there is $3,500 worth of work that needs to be done, leaves, and now suddenly the air handler fan is not working at all. Amazing HVAC? More like Rip-off HVAC.
Replaced 25 year old 'Comfortmaster' system October of 2022 with a new 'Lenox' 16 SEER AC/ Heating and Smart Thermostat. Great team to work with. Follow up service for Summer startup. Good communication with office and the technicians. Would recommend without hesitation.
Tony was informative, polite and knew his stuff.. only inconvenience was hiIS GPS was not giving him correct directions abscess therefore an hour later than I expected
IMPORTANT DETAILS GOOD: Service, quick repair done right BAD: Not much, price initially high (see edit) *******6.9.23 Update****** My experience is now 5-star when a price adjustment was made by the Company's helpful manager. He kindly adjusted the final price making my experience excellent. I will certainly use for future needs. ******************************************* Amazing Heat and AC came right out on a Saturday. I was very grateful, my HVAC lost all air flow despite a solid condenser. The Repair Tech was professional and did a solid job. A 6 inch piece had failed, no bigger than my cell phone. He had it readily available on the truck, 15-20 minutes later, swapped, installed. Amazing did a great job - good service and competitive pricing.
