Nick was great. Professional has taken care of us 1 time before and I was pleased. Will continue to use them for my AC needs. Just hopefully not that much...😂
A business associate of mine had called "Professional" Heating & Air to clean out a blocked drainline & dry up water in the drip pan at his business in Covington. "Professional" invoiced him $605.00 !!!!! THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY PEOPLE!!!! Be VERY, VERY LEERY of doing business with companies that price gauge.....PARTICULARLY in these challenging economic times. And this is NOT the first time they have invoiced him that amount for the same exact service. DISGUSTING!!
Called them 5:30 on a Sunday evening because my A/C stopped blowing cold and they were at my house in an hour got it fixed and left. Randy was the guy that came out. He’s the man !!!
Steven arrived within the scheduled window. He was so nice! His findings and every option were explained. Now, we're up and running again. Thank you!
As a business I understand when times are busy, sometimes you can't be everywhere all the time. I called one time and the answered right away. They were here in less than an hour and had the problem fixed fast. They were very polite to our customers when they were in the shop. There professional attitude will serve them well in the future. the price they charge is more than fair. Will be doing business with them again.
Okay, let me start out by saying that any time I have ANY questions about anything to do with my AC, I will be calling Professional Heating & Air. Their customer service was TOP NOTCH. Starting with Savannah in the office. She was so calm, cool and collected while I was a stressed out mess over my AC being out. She was polite and courteous all while helping me find a service technician as quickly as possible! Finishing with Steven, my technician, he was SO helpful and knowledgeable about everything! Gave me great advice, fixed our unit in such a timely manner, and educated me on ways to prevent the problem from occurring again. Everyone was so so wonderful. I can’t say enough great things about Professional Heating & Air!!!
Kevin was very thorough with his inspection and knowledge of what he was doing. My husband couldn’t stop saying how he really knew his s**t. Never felt like we were being “sold” on anything we didn’t need. No pressure selling just to make extra money, just expressed what really needed to be done and what could wait if we preferred and what we should potentially plan for in the future. We were very much impressed by the whole experience and very happy with the outcome. Savannah was very professional and easy to communicate with in her assistance for everything we needed as well from a customer service standpoint as far as setting up the appointment and information on the maintenance plans, etc. 100% recommend this company!

The technicians are very helpful and respectful. Dispatch is courteous as well. I was notified ahead of time for arrival. Also, the technicians are very informative.
Great work. Came out and tried to fix a problem, but noticed another. We worked out the best route to go to not cost an arm and a leg.
Chasse was very courteous and polite. He did the maintenance without any problems.
Contacted on a Saturday night at 10:00 pm. Technician arrived the next morning at 8:40. He was very Proffesional, Courteous and Qualified. No fuss. Highly recommend Professional Heating and Air.

I called Professional HVAC needing service on my A/C unit, and they promply came out the same day. The technican, James B. was very knowledgeable, and professional. He diagnosed my problem and got me fixed up quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with him! Follow up on 1st call out. James B. installed a new evaporator coil in my unit. He was prompt and finished the job and got me back cool again. Thanks again! Michael D'Arensbourg
Tech arrived promptly, acted professionally, worked efficiently. Spent over an hour checking everything. I was very pleased.
Travis was very informative regarding what he did in regards to our problem. Rather than jump to an expensive solution they performed extra tests and decided we needed refrigerant. If that doesn't solve the issue in the long-term we will still be satisfied. We definitely plan to use Professional for any of our heating and cooling needs. I almost failed to mention that I called this morning for service and while I didn't expect them to be able to get to us today they did!
This team was wonderful. I had a very old unit that quit. I had one room that never cooled to the point you would have to go to the other side of the house. Part of the insulation was not sufficient either. Due to work and family, I had very little time to do an installation. This amazing team was able to do insulation, install the new unit, thermostat, add a new vent, clean the old ducts, sent James to do the post check up, left the manual where I could find it, and answered all my questions. All of the installation was done in 1 day because they were able to send a second team to help with the insulation. With my schedule, that was amazing. I appreciate James checking things for me and answering my questions. This unit is the best. My energy bill is already way down. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone

My journey started about 2 1/2 years ago when I had a new system installed In a newly renovated house by a company I will not name. That company along with many others after them took my money and then ghosted me. Being disgusted, desperate and overwhelmed I began to do some research in an attempt to find a reputable company. I am so grateful I found Professional Heating and Air! I would give them a 10 star recommendation if the scale went that high! Professional Heating and Air, their techs, office staff and everyone else I came in contact with or beyond exceptional! They are respectful, exceptionally knowledgeable, determined, dedicated, and listen to your every concern and need! They do not give up and they get to the root of your problem. I had a ridiculously hard to find problem and they did what it took to get the problem solved! They have an excellent team that made me feel like me and my problem were important to them! It took a little time because it was a difficult diagnosis but they never gave up and now the problem has been solved. I am eternally grateful to their company and staff! Thank you so much Professional Heating and Air from the bottom of my heart!
