Rick S is great! He came out on one of the hottest days on record and got me up and running again. He even worked around the massive cage I have on my outside unit and didn't complain once. This company doesn't have the same scammer vibe that most AC companies do and I'm glad to have found them!

Josh was amazing! He took his time to explain the issues we were having. He made sure we understood. His patience was so appreciated. Being on a fixed income he didn't act as if he wasted his time. He was understanding. When we are ready for the remainder of repairs and service we will definitely call back! Thank you for having such a great employee like Josh!
This is the second time I have been fortunate enough to have Bac as my technician. He’s remarkably thorough, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. He never minds my many questions. I intend to ask for him next time as well.
We paid $149 for someone to come out the same day and tell us that we needed a new compressor. We were told he would let us know next day if they had the part at the warehouse and if it was under warranty. We never heard from him again! I called the next day and was told by the receptionist that she asked the technician that came to my house for an update, and he told her he was still waiting for the warehouse to let them know if they had the part and would let me know. We never heard from them again! After all of that, we waited another day and found someone else to come out, and the compressor was fine! Very disappointed in this company! Would never use them again!

Every time I use there services the techs are always friendly and professional. One hour is responsive and consistently make their appointments. I highly recommend them.
