Matt is always professional and explains what actions he is taking. He walked around and showed me where the spots were that could affect the house cooling in very hot weather. I have been using Berner for several years now and would recommend them to anyone.
Simply the best. I have relied on Berner to keep my tired old AC ticking for 15 years. They have never disappointed. I especially appreciate that Matt explains what needs to be done before he does the work, and explains what he did afterward. Matt does not talk to me as if I am an idiot.

Needed the majority of the HVAC system in the attic replaced, as well as 3 of the 5 vents. They never tried to say EVERYTHING had to be replaced, and didn't try to coerce me into a new, un-needed compressor. I've used Berner for years & knew I could count on them for this job. The team was professional, on time, and efficient.
