Joshua Excellence service Very Good responsible Technican
Express Heating and A/C was sent to repair my a/c by American Home Shield. The office staff was courteous and proficient in explaining what repairs were needed. The technicians were prompt, friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would use Express in the future and recommend them to anyone with heating or a/c issues. Today, Justin came to my house to do spring maintenance on my a/c unit. As usual, I received the great service that I have come to expect from Express. Justin was professional and friendly and let me know what he was doing at each step of his work process. Thanks Express!
Office staff Courtney and Tory were awesome in getting some one to my home, Josh the service technician corrected my issue immediately and wS very thorough in his work he is a good accet to the company and knows his stuff.

Mr.justin came to my house as soon he got there he took care of my A C unit my wife let him n our house while I was at work but she remembered mr Justin from the 1st time we appreciate him for he do just want to say thank you
Omg Justin was wonderful he was very professional. He arrived on time he answered every question I answer. He was really nice I give him 10 ⭐️and I will recommend this company to anybody and tell them to ask for Justin. I had this company come out before and they’ve were excellent. Never had any problems even when I call on the phone they were nice and professional.Justin was also very knowledgeable. It was a lot of things I didn’t know and he took his time and explained everything.
Justin texted me to alert me that his next appointment was with me. When he arrived to my home my daughter said he was nice, respectful & most of all professional. He explained in detail of the problem and told me the next steps. Although the home is still hot. Thanks you!
Just go read their YELP Reviews. Especially if you’re using your home warranty. Their customer service is terrible. The store Manager assumes you don’t follow instructions and blames you instead of taking accountability & providing solutions. Poor management. Don’t even waste your time asking for her to help you. Tip: if your a/c unit doesn’t unfreeze completely in 8-10 hours like they recommend (or even 20 hours like my upstairs unit) then just turn your fan on but leave your system off. This will defrost it quicker. The a/c guy who actually helped me come up with this solution for me & actually helped me. Free game. You’re welcome!

Both men arrived in a timely manner. Jimmy is a great trainer. He was very professional and took the time to explain to Justin, step by step the process. Justin was very receptive and will be a great reflection of Jimmy 's training. You did great with these two Express heating & Air Conditioner.
I have an American home shield warranty, and for the past several years they send out Express when I have an AC issue. They do good work and I would use them even if it was not under the warranty. Jimmy especially does A+ work. Had our 24 volt transformer go out in the air handler. It was at the bottom of the unit and was getting moisture that was collecting on the bottom (visible rust on the bottom half of the transformer). Instead of installing the new transformer where the old one was, he relocated it up out of the moisture to reduce the likelihood of it happening again. Thanks!
The service repairman was on schedule, professional and went about his task efficiently. We were informed of the problem, parts were in the truck, and the problem was corrected in excellent fashion.
I had been left for 9 months without ac in my living room because my insurance company contracted Express heating & air conditioning in Harvey to repair my airhandler. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MILITARY PEOPLE!!They did not want to do the work so the kept lying even wanted me to cut a hole in my ceiling to fit an airhandler that would not fit in my attic. Due to their lack of professionalism and not taking measurements, they wanted me to modify my house to fix their mess up! They were sent a larger airhandler because they did not state the space available. Rather than fix their mess up they would lie, try to charge me way more so I could back out, and when that didnt work they wanted me to gut my attic saying that was the only way it would work. What kind of company is this? 10 months later I had to put in a BBB complaint to get money to fix my airhandler, needless to say they gave me less money than it would cost. At this point I have mold growing in my living room. I called Above&beyond, they worked with me to get my airhandler replaced! They were there the next week when I could get off work and installed it in a few hours. Other ac companies say they support military personnel, but that's just BS! Above&beyond proved that they did! They braved the tiny space I had in the attic, working on their belly for hours to make sure I had ac.
Keith is a great Tech he fixed my system and it's been cooling since. I reccomend Keith.
HVAC tech Keith Myles did a great job. Got here on time, took care of business (replaced my evaporator coil), was professional and was done in no time. My kind of service!!!

I have worked with Express Heating & A/C for years. They have always been good. Recently, I had an issue w/ my Central A/C not turning off. Tory, on the phone, gave me an easy fix in removing the digital thermostat and allowing it to reboot. Fixed! No charge and this was early morning on a Saturday. I know they didn't have to come out, but they were available and responsive even on a weekend. Kudos! Thanks, Robert K.
I recommend this company for A/C system repairs. Honest, professional, and responsive. Very courteous and knowledgeable technician, Keith came and fix our A/C with no sweat.
