Caribbean Breeze is the best A/C company I've ever used. Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He takes the time to explain all options and puts the power in the customer. This is the first time I haven't felt like I was being taken advantage of in some way. He always does his best job and and his workmanship is impeccable. I highly recommend Carlos and Caribbean Breeze.
Carlos has saved us from the heat twice already this year. We are grateful to have him. He takes his time to really investigate what’s wrong when the air goes out. We were using a national AC company when the air stopped working back on a Friday evening in March and when we called them they couldn’t come out until late the next day. Carlos was at the house first thing the next morning! We won’t let anyone else touch our system anymore!
I had a company come out and charge me $195 only to lie to me and tell me something that was broke that wasn't I had Teddy come out and give me a estimate within two minutes he had my heating running my element was bad and unfortunately my system was old and was not available so we decided to put in a whole new unit he was professional did a very nice job had it all installed and one day I am very pleased and happy
I have been using Caribbean Breeze since 2014 with no complaints, so my wife and I trusted Carlos to put a complete brand new A/C & Heating system in our house. He listened to what we wanted and installed exactly what we asked for. Carlos and his work crew were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and just all around good people. Great and prompt service from the answering service on a weekend call to prompt call from the service tech even before he was on the way. I was kept updated on the time and service was fast and courteous. I was sent identification of the tech by text prior to arrival to confirm. Excellent and professional behavior from the tech and fantastic work that was fast but accurate even as he was receiving more calls for repairs. Caribbean breeze saved me a lot of sweat in the middle of a Saturday with scorching hot 105 degree heat index. Thank you. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.
My AC unit stopped working on a Wednesday evening. I contacted Carlos with Caribbean Breeze the next morning, and he came to my house the that evening and identified the problem. He provided loaner window units for us to use until my new heat pump system was installed. He came over the weekend to change the filter system, and had my new heat pump installed and working by Monday evening. It was literally four days from his identifying the problem to installing a brand new heat pump system. Carlos communicated with me each step of the way. He explained to me what was wrong, and the best way to fix the issue. I now have 10 worry-free years! I would give Carlos and Caribbean Breeze a solid 10 out of 10!
Carlos with Caribbean Breeze arrived when he promised. He very thoroughly diagnosed the problems with my AC explaining everything as he went. He replaced two internal parts and cleaned the fan and fins. My Ac is responding well and is back to working like new! His prices are very reasonable. I’m so glad Carlos worked on my AC. I will be calling him soon for any maintenance work in the future.
Incredible service! Carlos went above and beyond to identify the heating problem and use his extensive expertise to quickly fix it and advocate for me to my landlord. (And his kindness to my pets was so appreciated.) Highly recommend to everyone!!!

After another technician damaged my machine, Carlos came to the rescue. He gave me multiple estimates - both to repair the damage as well as to completely redo the craziness that was left behind by the previous homeowner... Carlos and his team arrived before 9 am and installed a new HVAC system including a new heat pump and all new ductwork by 6 pm. Highly recommend!

Very courteous and professional. This company performed service on my heating system twice over the past few years, and I was impressed with the great job and how fast they were. If I need Air Conditioning and Heating service again, this is the company I will call upon.
No one from Caribbean Breeze showed up nor did anyone call to say the appointment was canceled.
Highly recommend Caribbean Breeze. They were very professional, prompted and performed quality work. They are also very reasonably priced. I had a whole system installed (outside unit, inside unit and duct work).They act like they are installing the unit in their own home with care. A perfect example of this is they actually took the time to hang the duct work in the attic instead of letting it lay on the attic floor. Many installers would not have taking the time as most home owners would have never noticed. It is actions like this that sets Caribbean Breeze apart from other companies. Carlos also recommended cost saving measures instead of trying to upsale to inflate his profit margins. He is truly an advocate for his customers as he places the customer's best interests above his own. I can not say enough in how pleased I am with this company.
