Alex the AC tech was professional and courteous. He discussed my issues with me and had a thorough follow up visit after implementing some fixes. Only minor issue was an appointment reschedule due to Alex getting stuck at another job, but that happens when it’s 100 degrees out.

So we had a new one put in! $16,000!!! They did not replace the pipes going to A/C to the house all the Freon leaked out a month after installation! I called because we could smell it leaking no one would come unless we paid $95! Called Julio the salesman and same answer! After it ran all night and leaked all Freon someone finally came with no charge!

Aaron was very helpful and informative. The issue wasn’t resolve and he came back to fix it. The only problem I have is it wasn’t caught by the first person who came the month before when I paid the first time. I had to pay again because he overlooked something.

The service technicians are always nice and they do their job thoroughly. But the sales and the booking departments are not as reliable. I was going to have extra registers placed in my home. A sales person came out to look at my system, make recommendations, and give an estimate. I scheduled the work, but the service was cancelled do to staff shortages and a work crew that was sick. However, no one called to reschedule. The salesman reached out after a few months and was surprised the work had not been done. But still no one called to reschedule. I reached out to them to reschedule several months later, but they said a salesman would have to come back out to give a new estimate since the estimate I had was more than 6 months old. But no one called to schedule that appointment. I will say when I have a system problem, I do receive prompt service to correct whatever is wrong. I will stay with Keefe’s for that alone

I was a Keefe’ s customer for many years but my recent experience with Keefe’s leaves much to be desired. My unit was working until this past Friday when Keefe’s did their semi-annual inspection. When the technician left he said everything was fine. Not 24 hours later the air condition has not worked properly. After many phone calls, I finally got a technician out Monday morning. The technician stated that I had to replace a fan motor. I agreed and paid nearly $700.00. Guess what, the unit is still not working. The technician never waited around to see if that was the problem. He left after installing the motor. Keefe’s technicians are like doctors who practice medicine, they practice air condition repair. They have no clue what they are doing. They hope to get it fixed by process of elimination. An they practice false advertising. They claim to have your unit working within 3 hours. What a joke. Don’t waste your time calling Keefe’s they have no clue what they’re doing.

Bought a brand new AC unit from them and it can’t keep the house cool. 80 degrees through out the days and it runs 18-20 hours daily. Wish I would have just kept my old system. All they wanted to do was sell me a new system.

No one with a 2 year old system wants to call-in because they are having a/c issues while our area is experiencing a "heat dome." The only thing I wanted less was to send a tech up into my attic while it "feels like" over 100 degrees outside. George went up, figured it out and had us coll again so quickly. And then calmly explained what was going on and what I could do to hopefully not see him again anytime soon. Thanks George and thanks Keefe's.

I wanted to say that Alex Stokes was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the problem, repaired it within 30 minutes and remained on site for over an hour to make sure it stayed working. The cost was minimal. You could have charged me much more and I would have been none the wiser! Thank you for not taking advantage! Whatever your promotion pay raise mechanism you should elevate Alex as he represents your company in the most positive way possible. Reliable, Dependable, Honest and above all Respectful. Courtesy goes a long way and your team is the best!

They sent a Representative out to see what was needed and the very next day Mr. Carlos and Mr. Dwayne came out and installed a new unit. The two of them were outstanding, professional and worked together with such pride, totally awesome.

I can't say enough positive things about Keefe's! They were the third company I called out and the "premium option". I could tell the other techs had no idea what my problem was. One wanted to charge me $1,500 for 4lbs of 410a and leak savers to "see if that'll work". The other sprayed some coil cleaner (on clean coils) and said he'd be back with leak savers to find the leak. I was lucky enough to get Jason Henry as my tech who took his time, no less than 2 hrs, and went through the whole system. I knew he was the guy I needed to work on my system when he asked for a cup of water and some ice to test the metering valve lol. Come to find out there was no leak but the other guys never got close to actually figuring that out. However....my repair wasn't without its issues. The part had to be ordered which took some time. They offered window units but I declined initially. Then the compressor was replaced and unfortunately it broke not too long after it got going due to other issues with my system. The good news is Jason came and put those window units in within the hour of me notifying him they were needed and this was 7-8pm!!! The first compressor went bad and I currently have multiple windows units buzzing away but the replacement has been ordered and the level of service I'm receiving to make it right is more than satisfying. I will be calling Keefe's going forward as long as I can afford to.
