Trace with Affordable AC & Maintenance has done a wonderful job on my homes AC system. They work very quick, friendly and professional, awesome service prices, not to mention that the service provided to me from Affordable AC & Maintenance was done on a Sunday morning. I am so pleased and I recommend their service for anyones home needs.
I have been trying to get billy to finish the installation of a mini split system in my home since i paid him for the service and work last year November. He was paid to remove the old HVAC system and add 4 ductless mini splits. The old system didn't work at all compressor went bad it took billy until March to actually install the 4 mini splits not because it was hard but because that's how long it took for me to actually get him to come to the house and install them. To this day o have been texting several times a week because those systems have error codes daily and stop blowing air, ice comes out all 4 units installed, he didn't even give me the remote for one of the systems still though I ask him to at least bring it daily. The old system is still here he has yet to remove it. It's been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've tried to be empathetic and understanding when he had things going on but he is not responding to my calls or texts so unfortunately i have to write something like this.

I am not sure if we caught him at a bad time in his life, but that’s no excuse for the poor customer service I received! After not showing up for the day we scheduled for and texting me after 7PM to try to come the next day (which I wasn’t available) I asked if he could come Wednesday. He never answered. I texted him the next day to ask again if we could come Wednesday and he seemed to have a problem with the day saying “I guess that’s the only time your available.” Yes there are still working people out here! I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I love this company . particularly the Technition Billy he s outstanding! He's extremely intelligent skilled and has a passion for what he does. I had a repair done to a coil in my mini split unit it was damaged by a very incompetent plumber . I had just gotten my unit installed I thought it would be unrepairable when I saw the damage . Billy came and never doubted that he would be able to fix it. I literally had not slept since it was damaged. He worked late into the night to fix my unit he took no shortcuts and by the second day I was up and running he kept his promise he was on time and from this point on I will not call anyone but affordable AC and maintenance do yourself a favor and avoid all of the bogus companies out here if you want peace of mind call Affordable AC & Maintenance and don't forget to ask for Billy he is very honest, outstanding service and very professional no doubt about it. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
If you need AC work call this gentleman, Billy Ledet (Affordable AC and Maintenance) He answered my call on the my first try and came to my house after completing another job after 11pm. He fixed the problem quickly and is extremely nice and conscientious. He saved the day, I had water leaking from the attic. He stopped the leak, and I am in a cool house.
Billy and his team are the only people I will use for our AC and maintenance needs. Billy was extremely responsive and helped us meet a super tight deadline once our AC unit literally blew up after a major storm in New Orleans. Then he and his team found out there was an issue with the outlet our old HVAC system was plugged into, so they fixed everything, rewired the outlet and made sure that the system would not blow up again. Pricing was beyond fair, and as mentioned, I would never go to another company for my HVAC needs. Billy is our guy and should be yours, too!

I highly recommend this company. We called them today and was able to receive service the same day. We were given a time, and the owner, Billy came through. He diagnosed the problem within 20 mins, and it didn't take long to fix. Our AC is honestly blowing better than before. Thank you Billy!

My mother found Billy’s company for after a received service from another company. Billy was extremely affordable and came out the very same day we contacted him and replaced my ac unit. I will definitely call him for any other problems I may have at home. He also provides other home services such as plumbing ,drain cleaning ,under slab repairs, all major appliances.
Billy is awesome. We had a consistent problem with our unit’s programming and performance. It’d been seen by a few different companies but the problem kept coming back. Billy made sure to follow up with me until the unit was fixed. Even gave me a courtesy call after it was done! I’d recommend Affordable AC to anyone!
We called Billy with Affordable AC due to reoccurring issues with our extremely old unit. He answered on the first call we made and was over within 24 hours. He assessed our unit both outside and in the attic. He then sat down with me and my husband and went over our options. He and his crew worked extremely hard and in a timely manner. They were a pleasure to work with. They were in and out, they got the job done and they cleaned up after themselves. Billy came back the next day just to make sure we were satisfied and he made sure everything was working like it should! We highly recommend this company and we would definitely use them again!
My window unit quit on me during a 113° heat advisory. I called about 15 different people before connecting with Billy. He got to my place within a couple of hours on a friday afternoon and had me ready to go soon after. He was friendly, honest about my options and pricing and had me cooling down again as fast as possible.
I was out of town on vacation and my house sitter told me that my a.c. was out. I called Billy and he passed by that same day to diagnose the problem. And I had to leave my house open for him with no one home. Needless to say there was no problem with me leaving my house open for him. I recommend him to everyone I know; very trustworthy.
Billy was highly recommended to me and came quickly when my long time, reputable HVAC company could not fix my a/c problem after three tries(very disappointing service from former company). Billy however had the problem fixed in less than an hour. Amazing! Cost was very fair and reasonable. My previous company would have charged double the price. I now have a new a/c company-better than the last one! He even checked on his work with me the next day to be sure the air conditioning was running well. Fantastic service-thank you!! Call him, you’ll be glad you did.
