Dale arrived promptly to service our generator. He was knowledgeable, and courteous.
We had our annual maintenance done on our generator today. Dale was very helpful. Our battery was not charging so he replaced it. He was very informative with any question that I had. Great service and I highly recommend him.

Customer service was stellar! Roxanne was a joy to talk to while setting up my appointment and Doug was awesome...he had is taken care of quickly. I'm definitely going to use these guys again.
Tommy G did the first maintenance on my a/c. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased new a/c, furnace and water heater from MB and receptionist, technicians, salesman each were very effective, efficient and friendly.

Jimmy and Rob did a great job of diagnosing the problem with our HVAC. They were very professional. Told me what the issue was, gave an estimate and fixed the issue. They also had the part on-hand, which dealing with a lot of service providers is not the case. Was happy to see that the entire visit only took an hour. Very pleased.

Awesome service
A/C went out last night in a unit that is about 4 years old. Called MB at 9 am today. Roman was here around 3:30 pm and found the problem in about 10 minutes - a blown capacitor. He replaced it quickly, applied the appropriate discounts, and got us up and running. Very appreciated on a 95 degree day. Roman was careful to keep home and outside clean and tidy. He explained all as he went along. We have been very happy with MB’s staff and policies. High quality and reliable. A bit pricey, but if you enroll in their biannual service agreement, the discounts apply and help make it manageable. Excellent company. They care about good service and customer satisfaction.
