My technician was Christopher and he took the time to really explain what was going on with a brand new unit only installed 2 years ago. I purchased from them and didn’t understand why I was having problems in a two year period and parts were covered under warranty ONLY if you’re a club member. I was a club member for two years. Then saw it has a waste of money and cancelled in a February. But maintenance wasn’t done for a year even though it was paid for and then part breaks. Not happy with practical aspects of this business. Not happy with quality of brand new ac I’m still paying on either. Nor how tech wasn’t able to help with reducing the price of the bill. Give your techs some ability to help satisfy customers especially someone who was a club member for two years. I was told to call the office and see if they could offer discount any option.

Air Express technician, Bobbie Sonier, did an excellent job of checking my heating unit for the season. He was very polite and explained his recommendations thoroughly for the upgrading of my old vent system. I will recommend him for all one's A/C service needs. Ivory D.

First time using the company. Such a good experience! Very professional and knowledgeable. Got my heater up and running in no time. Explained what needs to fixed in the future and explained the club membership with no pressure to sign up. I did sign up so I can get a discount and so they’ll call me for routine maintenance. Very pleasant experience! Highly recommend!
