EXCELLENT!!! WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY PEOPLE FROM SALES TO SERVICE AND INSTALLATION!!! I'm very pleased. They installed a Complete, New HVAC system in my home. Technicians did an Excellent, Complete and Speedy job. Very professional, but approachable...Answered all my questions, knowledgable and friendly!!! The job was completed in one day!!! I would recommend this company and their people to anyone!!

When we noticed our A/C wasn't working Glaze came out the same day to check on our unit. Even though it would be a few days until our new unit was instilled but the team member recommended was we can stay cool in the meantime. They were professional and on time when the day came to put in our new unit. Extremely happy with this business!
Love everything from start to finish!! From the convenience of scheduling online, the safety they provided by texting you with a picture of the tech that would be arriving, to the prompt arrival, professional service! Couldn’t ask for a better team!! They are who you will want to call for all you AC needs. Used them for work, & I’ll be using them for my home.
My issue was a little more complex so wanted to wait a little while to make sure of the results before I posted. Had other companies come out to check my issues in the past only to try to get in and out without actually addressing the problems. I decided to give Glaze a try due to their sponsorships with AP Baseball and STA HS. I told Ursula my concerns and she had someone out the next morning. He took the time to go over every issue with me, clean the unit, check every reading, and make the necessary adjustments, keeping me posted every step of the way. After @2 weeks the adjustments he made are still holding and the biggest issue (moisture reading) is down @7-10%. Highly recommend Glaze and will definitely be using them again in the future.
Our A/C stopped cooling on 6/27 evening. I called Glaze that night and they had a tech at my house before 9:30 am the next day. There tech returned on 6/29 with the needed replacement parts for the repair. We had cool air. I would recommend Glaze A/C service to anyone as their commitment to customer service is a 10. They are an excellent company the provides excellent customer service.
Called before noon today with my problem...technician came within an hour...diagnosed problem quickly, checked everything besides what the issue was, very knowledgeable and professional...technician was very personable and did not mind answering my questions. ..would highly recommend them for their work and response time.
Very quick in response time. Technician knew what the problem was immediately and had the part on his truck to fix it in one trip. Would definitely recommend Glaze to anyone needing their unit looked at. Will look into their yearly service program they offer now.

So glad I found this company. Have dealt with other a/c companies only later to find out I over paid or replaced parts that did not need replacing. These people were honest, on time and courteous. I will definately call them in the future.
Install a new air conditioner, very professional. explain what they were done. Can on time. and didn’t take all day to finish the job. Did remind to my sisterwho needs a unit, and will refer others. Thanks once again.
I can’t say enough good things about Glaze Heating and Air. They were honest from the beginning which ended up saving me lots of money. Another local company quoted me for a whole new system inside and out and new ductwork for an astronomical price. Glaze came in and thoroughly examined everything and only recommended the replacement of the outside unit. All other parts of the system were still in good condition. The installers were professional and did a great job. So far, my new AC is working great. I highly recommend Glaze heating and air!!!

Dean Glaze is unprofessional. I hired him to replace my AC in 2017. Since then, we've had almost nothing but problems and they've had to come back out to fix them. Every time we've had a problem we've called him. 6/14/23 we called him about a leak at the connection to the unit. When I told Ursula how the technician used blue electric tape to seal the connection between the unit and drain line she blamed me for taking so long to find the problem. They sent a technician out to repair the leak, but refused to give insurance information to cover the damage made by the leak from his technicians poor craftsmanship. Dean Glaze told me he would not be held responsible for something he did 6 years ago, and he would deny an insurance claim because he doesn't want to pay for a kitchen remodel, on my NEW kitchen. If you read any negative reviews, Glaze Heating and Air blames their customers for any bad experiences with the company.
I got home from vacation to a VERY hot house. I got a recommendation off the Nextdoor neighborhood app and called Glaze. Ms. Ursula was very nice and she had someone out the next day. Figured out the problem and replaced the coils within a couple of days. Technicians were polite and professional. They arrived on time. I would recommend this company.
Reached out to Glaze for an AC issue through their website. They responded very fast and had a technician onsite within 3 hours. I appreciated the text updates on when the tech was headed our way. They fixed the problem (blower motor) quickly and I feel the pricing was very fair. Quality company.
