Super company, super service, and super staff! I've used Ward Mechanical for years and not been dissatisfied with any of the service the company provided as well as with the staff.
Adam and everyone I interacted with were professional, personable, kind, and excellent at their job. They came out on the same day, a weekend, for an emergency when I was a new customer. They were here within two hours and went above and beyond in terms of performance and customer service. Can't recommend them enough and will be telling my friends if they need any HVAC services.
Stan did an awesome job! He was personable and knowledgeable. He knew what the problem was right away and he even gave me some preventative maintenance tips to keep the problem from happening again.
The previous a/c person didn't install ducts and plenum properly not to mention left a mess in the attic.... Tommy at Ward Mechanical came out, took measurements & informed us of options... They customized the plentum because the attic was small and installed new ducts and added a return vent... Awesome crew answered every question and checked on other concerns I had... They even removed the old stuff left up there from last person! Very neat, polite and professional! Already cooler in here! Also bought the maintenance package to prevent any future issues.... Will definitely recommend to my friends and family!
I am so happy with this company! A friend recommended them, I called them on a Saturday morning, and they came out the same day. Professional, and very friendly! Will definitely be recommending this reliable company to my friends! Life savers!
Stan came to us fast and within minutes figured out what was going on with our AC. He worked with us to find the best solution and had us up and running in less than an hour. Professional, friendly service to VERY satisfied customers. Thank you Stan for being fabulous!
My husband and I would just like to thank Justin and Kinleigh from Ward Mechanical for installing our additional intake duct work and vent. Not only were they on time but my husband said they could not have been more professional, skillful and polite in the execution of the work. The new vent looks great and the duct was perfectly installed and we could not be happier with the results. We've counted on Ward Mechanical for over 20 years for all our annual HVAC maintenance and repairs and cannot recommend them enough. P.S. Have been using them for a couple years now and their maintenance plan annually is priced fairly and the technicians are always pleasant and detailed with their explanations after their maintenance services.
Fast turn around times and great service. Were able to replace blower day they came to service. Have awesome maintenance program for HVAC. Friendliest staff.

We had issues of cooling and heating our master bedroom. Mark did an assessment and Justin, Mike, and Mark replaced our old duct work that they could get to. We have a 47 year old two-story house. The master bedroom is now cool or heated. We can actually feel air blowing out the registers. Thanks to all!!!!

Adam came out and arrived on time, he quickly diagnosed the problem with a blower motor and I got the problem fixed. Adam was very professional and very easy to work with.
