They went above and beyond what I expected. My house cools down much quicker and the outside unit is so quiet. Excellent staff, very professional and extremely polite.

Scott and all the technicians that came out and replaced our AC unit were great. They were out at the house to diagnose the problem within an hour, then gave us highly competitive rates when we decided to replace the unit. Incredibly friendly, professional, and a delight to do business with. Would recommend!
Scott at KIC was wonderful when it came to our HVAC going out on us in the middle of August in LA! We had family visiting and they cared about the issue at hand! A person was out to check it out very quickly and the problem was solved as soon as they could get it done! They were extremely responsive when it came to quotes, times they’d show up for services and any other questions we needed answered were responded to very quickly! Everyone we encountered from this company were extremely friendly and professional! Any time we ever have any other HVAC problems these will definitely be the people we call! I highly recommend them!

I usually don't leave reviews but theses guys did an outstanding job! I called several other companies they wanted way too much money, and couldn't show up that day. I called KIC Services in the morning, and they came out the same day. The tech knew what he was doing, and explained to me in a way I could easily understand. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I talked to a friend of mine. He had the same problem. He called another company that shows up in "one hour" they showed up the next day and charged my friend $1,300 more than I paid. That's UNACCEPTABLE!! I called KIC back to start a service contract, now I will get discounted prices. I have young children at home and can't go without air conditioning. I need a dependable company. That won't require me to take out a second mortgage to use. I will for now on use KIC Services for all my air conditioning needs.
