Shane is the best AC guy I've ever met he services all the hotels and everyone in my family Shane's the best I'm telling you if you call you will get him not some newbie
I’ve used this company twice so far. Both times he has come out in a very timely manner, always very polite and friendly. Prices are very competitive with other local companies and isn’t trying to sell you on things you don’t need. Will definitely use for future needs and recommend to any and everyone.
I highly recommend McClain AC! Shane is very knowledgeable, dependable, and honest. First, he came immediately after my call on a Sunday (his day off). Then, within 30 minutes had the AC cooling and saved me thousands. He is professional and detailed. I am very impressed with his convenient payment options also. Shane was great! Came out on a Sunday and was incredibly helpful and friendly! He genuinely cared about fixing our AC for us and that’s someone you want when dealing with Louisiana summer heat. Highly recommend!
McClain AC came out on sunday after hours when we were desperate for some acceptable air conditioning. Our AC had gone out on us thursday and essentially the apartment maintenance guy screwed us and left us broiling in a 87 degree house. McClain came on out promptly to my apartment and had the problem solved within an hour. He went above and beyond. Not only did he prevent me from possibly heat exhaustion sitting in my own house, but he educated me on what all went wrong and what should be done here on out to keep the unit running properly. He is a sound choice for anyone who needs a certified AC repairman.
