Don’t even waste your time with any other company. These guys diagnosed everything, made sure we were taken care of and are incredibly efficient. I can’t speak highly enough about the technician that came out, Jared C. Fantastic guy, awesome service. Brandon & Justin did our install of new units and knocked it out much faster than expected. Both were courteous and cleaned up after everything was done. All around a wonderful experience. We’ll be lifelong customers.

I called Dream Team Heating & Air after I had received a coupon in the mail for A/C Tune-up for $59. The technician Joseph W. shows up for the appointment, asks where things are located, and heads into the attic. He immediately asks if he "finds a capacitor that's out, should he go ahead and fix it?" That is a huge red flag in my book. There's nothing wrong with my A/C system, which is why I called about a simple "tune-up." I asked him to go ahead and charge me for the tune-up and get to tuning up! He tried explaining to me that I was going to be billed for $190 but that he promised the front office would call to reimburse me. I'm uncomfortable with promises in any form of service and sales. The front end of the operation has issues. It never expects customers to go for the advertised pricing, then put the heat onto the field technicians, which needs to be fixed. I'm leaving this review to bring awareness to their front office staff and management. Add an item to your technician's portable billing devices for the coupons. Also, define "Tune-up" on your coupons. As the technician wrapped up, he explained that my A/C system needed cleaning and servicing. At this point, I need clarification as to what I just paid for and now want the transaction to be finished. The technician started to get demeaning saying things like, "That's what I just explained if you were just listening..." Farewell, sir, onto actual issues that require problem-solving, not the need for Dream Team to upsell and get confrontational. Use anyone but Dream Team Heating & Air.
Technician Jared Courson was on time and started troubleshooting my system’s problem right away. It didn’t take him long to PinPoint the failure and he had it fixed quickly. He thoroughly explained what he had repaired and stayed on site after the repair to make sure my A/C system was running normally. Once he confirmed everything was in order we handled billing and he was on his way. I’m very satisfied with the level of knowledge and service provided by Dream Team and will use them again in the future.

If I could leave 10 stars I definitely would. Daniel Love and Chris Mattingly were awesome. The entire business is professional. Starting with the receptionist. I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism! They care about the customer and it shows. Chris went above and beyond explaining exactly what happened and how he could fix it. He called Daniel back out and we were put on the schedule for the next day. Knowing that a business cares enough to send you a survey each time someone comes out is a huge piece of mind for a customer. Treating three women with the respect they treated us with is why I will never use anyone else. we were all clueless about an HVAC unit. Again above and beyond. I absolutely love this company.
I’ve had them installed my new HVAC system few years ago. Decided to call them to check out the AC and got great people both times! Todays guy worked very well and was done in an hour! Great people!!
The technician was very honest and he did not try to upsell us on anything. He could have easily lied to us and had us waste a bunch of money on getting our system filled just for it to leak out but instead he was honest with us and told us we would be wasting our money. Great customer service
The technician Chris Mattingly came in to service our air conditioning and furnace he was very thorough and courteous and did a few odds and ends that needed fixing free of charge.i recommend him highly.
Justin, Keyon and Brandon were great. It’s hard to replace all the ducts in your house and be quiet as mice, but they were close to it. They worked a solid 8 hours until they got the job done. Focused young men with a great work ethic. Very professional business.
