I needed a new A/c unit and this company was recommended to me. The customer service was exceptional. Everyone was kind and professional from start to finish. I contacted Mr. Ray after returning from vacation and my thermostat would not switch over to cool. He advised me that it sounded as if the thermostat had shorted out. I went and bought the exact thermostat and replaced it because Mr. Ray was also out of town at this time. That did not resolve my issue, it actually had seemed to bring forth more issues with my unit. So I decided to contact another company to come out. They showed up and basically by the time they were through, they had tried to convince me that my entire hvac system needed replacement. This did not sit right with me for a system that was only 6 years old. When Mr. Ray returned from out of town he graciously came out to look at my unit. Mr. Ray bypassed the thermostat and was able to figure out my issue. The new thermostat had been miss labeled as to where the appropriate wires needed to be. All because of one wire installed improperly another company was trying to convince me that my entire unit needed to be replaced. Mr. Ray was a true god send to me. He was honest, caring and very knowledgeable. This family owned business is top notch in my opinion and I will continue to support them and do business with them. Thank you!

We had Cavin’s come out to perform regular maintenance on our AC as well as once when our AC went out. They are friendly, efficient, and actually give reasonable timeframes. Nice family owned business.
This is absolutely the worst place to do business with. Very unprofessional and keeps on telling you he’s gonna show up for job to do the work and never show. We have been waiting since June 14th for him to come out and complete what he said he was gonna do with no luck and it’s already September 8th. I’ve never heard someone with so many excuses and commitments and never comes through highly don’t recommend!

Edit - Cavin's came out to finish the job, and while it took much longer than it should have, there seemed to be some internal issues they were dealing with with illnesses in the company. He was professional and it didn't take much time. He also offered a free HVAC cleaning which I appreciated. Cavins can out quickly to give a repair to replace HVAC units. The work was scheduled in a timely manner which I appreciated. Installs on 12/13/21. However, part of the quote included installing two new smart thermostats, which for some reason was unable to be done the day of the install. I paid him in full as he requested. I was promised it would be taken care of quickly. He scheduled two times to come out, and no showed so I sat around all day waiting for him to never show up. He blamed covid and it was near the holidays, but in January he became increasingly non responsive and scheduled one more time to no show again. It’s now been two months and he has made no attempts to come finish the work. I do not recommend Ray Cavin or his company.
Steven came and troubleshooted our A/C and found the faulty thermostat wire. He was very thorough and would definitely recommend this company.
My service was awesome! I actually had a later appointment made by my home warranty but once he saw in the order what my a/c was doing i got a call and they was able to come out that very next day which was very convenient for me! Also he gave me informative information on keeping up my a/c unit that was very helpful and he was very nice and polite. My experience was great and he was accurate and efficient! We called and had someone at our house in an hour. Very polite and professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. We had to replace the unit as it was 10 years old. We had a new unit installed in less than 3 hrs. Exceptional service and customer service! I highly recommend!!
Fantastic SERVICE , all-around. From explanation of problem with our system to installation of new, including follow-up afterwards, everyone associated with Cavin AC were courteous and exceedingly professional. Came to us through our home warranty service (HWA) but would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks y'all. !
