Bryan at CPR has provided excellent AC advice and repairs for my family since the early 2000s. That’s when we were out of state, and our house sitter reported to us that the AC stopped. Based on a recommendation from a friend, we called CPR, and Bryan showed up at our house around 9pm that night to fix the issue - which he did. We have been loyal to him and his team ever since then. Over the years he has provided advice and no pressure on ways to repair or replace any AC issue we’ve had.

Very professional, provided a detailed quote for the proposed services and then delivered and installed exactly what they said they were going to do. I highly recommend them for any A/C work you may need.
After living in our new house a short while, we discovered we had heating and air problems. We contacted C.P.R. and they immediately came to our rescue and have taken care of us on several occasions since then. All of their technicians have been very pleasant and knowledgeable. As a V.I.P. member with C.P.R., their annual seasonal inspection indicated we had serious and dangerous problems with our heating unit. The very next morning Jeremy and the owner of the company came and completely changed the unit. They were prompt, friendly and efficient and by that afternoon, just before the hard freeze hit Baton Rouge, we once again had heat. These days, it’s hard to find contractors to do anything, so we appreciated how quickly they addressed our problem. We highly recommend C.P.R. A/C & Heat!
We tried a few different companies and cpr was top notch on all levels. Thanks to Jeremy hebert, he had us up and running in no time. He was very knowledgeable and quick with his craft. I will be recommending to family and friends.

We used other companies in the past that could not get our air conditioner to perform correctly. We called C,P,R A/C & Heat and Jeremy Hebert came out and in no time found the problem and fixed us right up. Very polite and knowledgeable. Amazing company! Thank you so much. Its very hard to find a company that will take the time to do the job right now and days. I will definitely be a returning customer.
They have installed three units in two houses for me and made several service calls. They have been excellent every time!
The blower on my AC stopped working at 5:30 pm on Saturday. I called CPR right away and received a response shortly thereafter that Jeremy was scheduled to come at 10:00 on Sunday morning. Impressive! Jeremy diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. In addition, he was friendly and professional. More businesses need to be like CPR - responsive, experienced, professional and courteous. Thank you, Jeremy!
Our AC was just not holding up to the heat already. C.P.R. was super quick to get someone out to look at it and had it running like new again. Super impressed and would highly recommend!

Use these guys first!!!! After dealing with One Hour Heating and Air (don’t deal with them) and the damage done to my home by their shoddy work, it was so wonderful and refreshing to work with CPR. Brian Culpepper, Tim Winter and (I have forgotten the third man’s name! (Devon? Darren?)) They were professional, efficient and cleaned my house up after the duct work was completely replaced. Turns out all my neighbors use them too! Now I know why! Good job guys! Worth a 5 star review for sure!
I called CPR out of the yellow pages over 12 years ago, haven’t ever had to call anybody else. This is the second house they’ve helped me with as far as maintenance, repairs and install. Always very responsive, timely, professional and friendly!
Tim was awesome! Showed up on time, did exactly what he said he would do exactly when he said he would do it. Very professional and the price was lower than expected. Will definitely use Cpr again if I ever have the need! And I like the fact that they are a home town Watson company!

We've been using C.P.R. for a little over a year now and have been extremely happy. From repairing issues, doing maintenance, and replacing a unit, they have been very responsive and professional. Last weekend, even though my go to person, Tim, was out of town, he had someone quickly reach out to me and come by on a Saturday before a major holiday to at least get us back up and running until the repair could be completed. Shout out to Mason and Zach for taking care of us while Tim was out, providing the same high level of communication and promptness. Very satisfied with their excellent service!
Tim the sales guy was very through, professional, and patient with us as we walked through the progression of our house hold system. Tim also brought the install and maintenance crew into our home. He was amazing with these young men and they were very professional while working in our home. The results are “pretty cool” in our home. I will buy from them when time comes to replace our ACunit because of this positive experience. I would (& have)100% recommend this company. GOOD AC people are essential in Louisiana!
