I had Bitter come today to perform a service check on the a/c system on my daughters house .. they were on time and very professional .. Bitter has installed 2 systems for me and has always done an excellent job .. that's why I'm a repeat customer.
They do the work on your house like it is their house, it is right! Bring it 100 degree days!!!
Tim, Trey, Tristan, Justin, and Carol were wonderful! They were professional, highly trained, competent, courteous, and kind. Though I had a very challenging A/C issue, they analyzed the problem and implemented a solution. They really did a great job!

I called this company and received a quote, the quote was $1500 less than 1hr air it still was over $3000 but it was a better price. They came out on time fixed the problem and charged what they said they would. No add on's like cental Plumbing. I would definitely recommend this company again. Wasn't the first time using them and won't be the last.
Called them the day after Hurricane Ida rolled through and had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Can't get any better than that.
Trey, Sean and Brett fixed our entire AC in less than a day! Very professional and very quiet process as I was working remotely from home and had no issues with noise. They also left no mess behind. Everything was just as clean as I left it given they have to replace the unit in the attic on the second floor through a bedroom. Highly recommend!!!

I had called for service and got prompt acknowledgment from a service technician with a diagnosis and repair estimate within 30 minutes of appointment. A follow up call by Tim was professional and exceptional. Great folks to do business.
As with all skilled trades, you find a good one and you stay loyal. Annison-Bitter falls in that category. Called at 10:30 to schedule service (no heat), they set my window same day for 11:00-2:00, and provided a 20 minute call ahead. Tim showed up on time, very professional and friendly throughout. He was extremely experienced and knew how to quickly isolate the problem and solve it. Definitely recommend!
Love the staff at Annison-Bitter, makes you feel like you're a part of the family! The fact it is Christian-ran is a plus too. Next time I have A/C issues, Annison-Bitter is going to be the first company I call! :)
My wife and I replaced our units in our home when we decided to remodel and the guys at annison bitter were awesome. They were here when they said they would be, completed the work fast, and were priced great! Highly recommend!
Not satisfied with service. Was charged $600 for Level 4 "repair service" and in 1 hour I only received refrigerant, an electrical check of condenser and components in the unit outside. Nothing was repaired. Supposed to do a cleaning of condenser coil and the cover was never removed. NEVER AGAIN.
Annison-Bitter installed my Trane unit in 2015. Since then I’ve had nothing but the highest level of customer service from them. Their maintenance plan is affordable and service tech Trey is top notch! There’s a reason why they’ve been in business for as long as they have. A+ and highly recommended!
