We were having issues with our A/C last week and called Carlin with Bayou Heating and A/C. He answered promptly and was able to come out same day and figure out what the problem was. The next day he was able to get us the part we needed and delivered it to us to replace so we could get our A/C running again! He was very responsive and professional and even followed up with us a few days later to make sure all was still running smoothly! Would definitely recommend!
Picture this, you come home from a baseball game, and the house is reading 84. With my wife's face starting to melt off and the kids starting to recreate a 2005 WWE Royal Rumble Championship match in the living room, Bayou Heating came through for the win. Very knowledgeable on equipment/hardware troubleshooting procedures, and was able to discuss the correct processes with capacitor jumping. Plus, they're local! Highly recommend!
Our AC failed suddenly on one of the hottest evenings this year - around 5:00pm. We couldn’t get any other of the “big” companies on this list to respond. One call to this business and the owner said “I’ll be there in 30 minutes.” And he was. Our issue actually involved a more complicated wiring issue that the company could not initially resolve, so we had to call an electrician, but the owner of this company remained responsive until 11:30pm to make sure our AC compressor did not burn up. He returned the next day twice - first he explained the situation to the electrician who fixed our wiring issue. Then he figured out the issue with the AC itself and fixed it - all of this for a very reasonable amount. Highly highly highly recommend.
Carlin communicated very well and got the job done promptly. Will definitely recommend and call for any future needs.
