I originally scheduled my routine summer service with a different, smaller company. They only had one person performing maintenance and repairs. They weren't able to keep the maintenance I had scheduled because they were too busy with repairs. I decided at that point it might be a bad idea to develop a relationship with a company that didn't have more coverage. I decided to go with Tim's for my maintenance instead, and on Monday Dustin arrived. He was friendly, on time, efficient, and thorough. He explained the status of my unit (good, but needed a cleaning, as I expected). I signed up for the maintenance agreement at that time. It didn't cost much more than if I paid full price for the maintenance and they would discount any repairs, plus not charge for diagnosing any problems I might have and any repairs would receive priority and more. As luck would have it, in the early hours of Saturday morning (today) my house started getting warmer than it was supposed to be. I called Tim's at around 2am to let them know. They confirmed that I had the maintenance agreement and told me they would have someone out to fix it as soon as possible. At 7am I got a call from Cody to tell me he was on his way. By 9:30am he had fixed the issue (the capacitor) and I paid him for the repair. It's 10am now, and my house is much cooler already. I received an invoice by email with pictures of the problem part. They warranty the part for 2 years. Cody was as friendly, efficient, and thorough as Dustin had been. I'm so pleased. I'm also relieved that I don't have to deal with no a/c today with highs in the 90s. The price was fair, the repair was faster than I imagined. They even include plumbing and electrical issues in the maintenance agreement. I feel like it is totally worth it. I hope I don't need anything more than the seasonal maintenance in the future, but I expect if I do that Tim's will be able to handle it just as quickly.

From start to finish Brandon Broussard kept me inform on what he was gonna be doing,while installing he kept me inform with everything, very nice, patient, and very knowledgeable him and his helper came ready for the job, everything is so neat and professional, explains everything ❤️the overall experience was wonderful and will recommend who ever ask for a air conditioning service thanks for it all we will sleep very well now❤️🙏🏾💪🏾
Great experiance. Even in the dead of summer Tim's was able to fit us in for a tune-up in less than a week from initial request phone call. Communication was great; the text updates were also super helpful. Our tech, Dustin was kind, on time, professional, explained everything thoroughly.
A/C went our very late at night and had a wedding party coming to the house the next day to get ready. The tech called me back right away, and troubleshooted with me over the phone until he could get to me a couple hours later. He saved our day until we could perform a real fix!! Every single technician and office staff I have spoken with has been nice, courteous, knowledgeable with great attitudes. Will continue to use Tims Southern Air.
THE BEST SERVICE I COULD HAVE EVER HOPED FOR! Logan went above and beyond for us so that we could be comfortable in these Louisiana summer heats! After hours on a HOLIDAY!!! 5 stars + for Tim’s AC! Especially Logan! Arrived promptly, honest and professional!
Our AC started acting up on a Friday night. We realized something was very wrong Saturday morning and called Tim's. Justin can't out and had us up and running by Saturday afternoon. The service is at a great price and great quality, which we really needed with these super high temps. Edit: We had more problems and Caleb was at our house until midnight to make sure we had functioning air. I can't tell you how much I appreciate them.
Cody was very professional and knowledgeable. Great attitude, even though he was called out on July 4th!

Caleb was very professional and helpful in determining what the issue was with ac unit. Gave very good advice to keep ac in great condition in the hot temperatures we are enduring in Louisiana.

A timeframe was set between 4-6. I never received an update on when the technician would come. I called at 6 to get an update. I was told to wait longer. I waited 30+ more and called back. They sent the technician over at that point. He checked out the leak in our shower. Then he told us it would be $1100 to replace a valve with approximately 2 hours of work. We said no. My husband did it in 30 minutes.
We have had a long journey trying to get our new AC working correctly. After several visits without success, Caleb has come across a possible mechanical issue he can correct with replacement parts. Fingers crossed but we hope this finally fixes all 1 year after initial install. Thanks Caleb for your time and effort
Had a technician come out and look at the hot water heater. Before he even got to the hot water heater he was asking if I wanted to upgrade to a tankless system. Took pics and a looked at the hot water heater. Since it had water in the pan, without any troubleshooting he deemed it faulty and need to replace the entire unit. Quoted me $6k for a replacement! I troubleshot the unit myself and found the temperature pop off valve was leaking and a vapor sensor was out. $50 to replace both. Next time you should put a little more effort into trying to help people instead of just trying to sell us something.
We noticed it getting warm and the A/C didn’t come on. We called and on Saturday night the technician came out. The drain was clogged and shut down the unit. He cleared the line and we were cool again but the thermostat did work properly. Still under warranty so on Tuesday tech came and changed it. All is working great again. Thanks.
