Seth and Zack were great. Called 30 minutes before arrival time, showed up right on time.They got straight to work, uninstalled the loaner unit they let us use and begun installing our new Lennox 18 seer unit and inside unit. Job was completed in a timely manner. Both gentleman were pleasant to talk to. Air is nice and cold along with being super quiet. Very pleased with our decision to go with Dave Broussard A/C & Heating, highly recommend.
Diane arrived for an afternoon call troubleshooting the b issue and promptly repaired now my home is cooling. He was professional and experienced thanks
Called on Memorial Day weekend and Daine was there 30 minutes later. Fixed the problem quickly and affordable! I would give them a 10/10!

Horrible experience!! Will be filing a complaint with the LA Board of Contractors. Unit had no Freon, compressor burnt, caps off, had a service contract but units haven’t been cleaned. Was told a coil was burnt but was not. New ac guy says it is some of the worst work he has ever seen. My attorney is now involved.
Very professional. Young men were friendly and polite. Cleaned up after installation and were fast and efficient.
Daine came out and did a full system maintenance. He was very professional, and very thorough. Genuinely a good dude! He also let us know about the service of having a custom filter frame built and that would could order filters directly from them! Always timely, and always does quality work! Wanted to leave a review. I do recommend this company. Special thanks to the install manager Ryan and his crew. Customer service A plus. We had bumps for years but compromised at the end. They all became family. I will miss Dave Broussard crew. Thank you all. Keep up the good work 👏
Tech came when they said he would. He was thorough and fast.
Simon came out today to do our regular maintenance from Dave Broussard. He went right to work and did not perform simply maintenance, he performed preventative maintenance. Simon discovered two capacitors that were performing noticeably below performance levels. Then explain to us where they should be and why. He recommended replacement of the two capacitors. This is what was needed: preventative maintenance. Simon took notes, took pictures, and left a documented game plan for the next maintenance check. That is preventative maintenance! A hearty well done to Simon and Dave Broussard AC!
Service scheduled sooner than I was expecting. Justin was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything working in no time at all. Very pleased with the entire experience. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to others.

My A/C went out Saturday night, Sunday morning a technician was knocking at my door. The technician Keith was very knowledgeable and friendly, he explained everything to me and had my A/C running before he left. I would recommend Dave Broussard A/C & Heating I certainly will be using them again.
Dan was very personable and clear in explaining what was wrong--something I always appreciate. And he sure knows what he's doing!
Justin changed Burnt wire and capacitor timely that was likely going out in next several months for reasonable price .
Joe, Zack, and Seth are true professionals that went above and beyond in our recent HVAC system installation. They are pleasant to work with and accommodated all of our requests.
