UPDATE AFTER A FEW YEARS: we had to get our system replaced and, once again, called Fontenot’s. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and respectful. They understood our needs and made it happen so much faster than expected. AT A REASONABLE PRICE TOO. I cannot express how much I appreciate their hard work. I would recommend Fontenot’s to absolutely everyone. Thank you!! ——- Our a/c unit wasn’t working so we called after hours. The owner of the company came to our house, smile on his face, and helped us out. The price was amazing, the service was fantastic, and we will definitely be calling them for all of our serving and a new unit when the time comes. Thank you!!

The only thing I need to say is that "they are top notch", customer service is amazing. I would refer them as my go to heating and cooling guys for now on.

I have been using Fontenot's Air-conditioning and Heating for over 15 years so this review is long overdue. From the owner Cade and his right hand man, Brent, they have always responded quickly and with courtesy and have always solved whatever the problem was. Because of the quick response and expertise in the AC business, when my AC units that were installed originally when our house was built died, it was a no brainer to have them install two new 5 ton Trane Variable Speed AC units. Then when we built our new office in 2019 for our company Wealth Advisors, and even though we had multiple quotes from other AC companies, Fontenot's AC was the only company we really considered to install our three new Variable Speed Trane units. Today was the latest service call because over the weekend I had water slowly dripping on my bathroom wall and dripping outside beneath the stucco. I called Cade this morning and two hours later, he showed up, detected and fixed the problem within an hour! I don't write reviews often (this is my second) but it was time that I recognize Fontenot's AC & Heating for their outstanding expertise and top notch service they provide. Next time, you have an AC or Heating problem, give these guys a try; you won't be disappointed.

Our a/c unit needed a good cleaning and Fontenot's did a great job. The tech, Mr. Sonny, was awesome! Very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Ms. Amanda in the office is beyond sweet. Highly recommend!!
We were in a bind with our home reaching the 90s internally. Mr. Johnny was able to pinpoint the problem in only a few minutes and got us running within the hour. The entire interaction was very professional and friendly. Typically it’s difficult to find companies that can be trusted, but Fontenot’s has earned ours.
We were able to get our ac fixed on a Sunday, on Father's Day at that! The job took about an hour overall. Professional and efficient! Will definitely use their service again in the future.
I recently had to replace my Trane 4 ton A/C unit to include the Air Handler. Of course it decided to quit during the middle of summer. I made sure to do my homework getting 4 estimates plus checking reviews. The main reason that I chose Fontenot’s was due to the way Brent explained the whole process of the job. The total cost was very reasonable compared to the other estimates but this company ensured that the quality and customer satisfaction was its top priority. Everything that Brent promised was fulfilled, he made me feel like I was his only customer. I’m 100% satisfied with my new A/C and very glad I chose Fontenot’s to do the job. I would highly recommend this company!
What great service! Our a/c died Tuesday evening. We called Fontenot’s Wednesday morning. They sent a technician out who determined the 20 year old compressor was done. Brent came out a couple of hours later, laid out a few options, informed us that we didn’t need a Cadillac version (even though we all know the company would have made more $). We made a decision & their very polite & professional crew came out to install the next morning. Installation was clean & neat. We couldn’t ask for better service than Fontenot’s! We definitely recommend Fontenot’s for your HVAC needs! You won’t be disappointed!

We have been calling Fontenot’s for all of our heating and cooling needs from day one. The most professional and amazing staff! A week ago Sonny helped us get our swimming pool chiller back up and running! Now that is service!
AC in our house stopped working and since it was June in Louisiana, we had to get it fixed. Brent came out on a Monday evening and by Tuesday, we had window units to help cool off the house enough to make it to the following Tuesday, when they were able to come back and install a new AC unit. Definitely felt that they cared about us from the word go!! I cannot recommend Fontenot's enough if you need to have AC service done. Customer service is second to none!!

I had my AC serviced a couple month ago from this company and they charged me $291 only to refill Freon and didn’t fix the leak. As a result, I’m having the same problem only 2 months after they “fixed” it. They try to charge me again for the problem they didn’t fix the first place when I contacted them about the issue, and the owner hung up on me during the conversation. Horrible customer service and incompetent workers. Would have given this place less than 0 star if I could.
