I am amazed at the service we got from Wright Mechanical. The day I called and told them that I was having issues with my A/C system they had a gentleman come out to diagnose the problem that same day. Once he came back with a summary of what needed to be fixed and an estimate of how much everything would be we decided to go ahead and the pricing was absolutely fair. They got it done the next day! Brandon and Tommy where the 2 installers that where quick, efficient, and professional. They set up cloth all around the house so they wouldn't track in any mud or dirt, and they cleaned up as they went! They made sure everything was good to go and working before they left. I'm happy to also know that our new system comes with a 10 year warranty with them as well. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
Mike from Wright Mechanical H & A came out to service my air conditioner to get it ready for the season. He was friendly, professional, and responsive my my needs and concerns. I have been using Wright since they installed a furnace system 18 months ago. I would definitely recommend this business for your HVAC needs!

Wright mechanical came out with service technician mike to fix my heat as soon as possible. They came in with speed and efficiency. Mike used professionalism and knowledge to fix my issue.

Wright Mechanical is absolutely amazing. My heat stopped working right in the middle of the cold winter months. In panic mode, I called and he reassured me that my house would be warm again in no time. They definitely understood the assignment! He was professional, friendly, and fast.
2nd time using them Awesome service both times! Showed up on time after great communication and only an hour after I called telling them my furnace not working. Technician did not try to sell anything extra, just replaced a broken part. Gave me some advice on better maintenance on equipment for longer life. They did same thing last year when my A/C stoped working. I’m very happy and very satisfied, highly recommend.

What a great experience and so professional from start to finish! We woke up to a cold house a couple weeks ago. We really didn't know who to call, so my daughter made a few calls and recommended Wright Mechanical. My daughter works with Trixie, Scott's wife and that set things in motion. I received a call on my cell soon after my daughter Kim made the call for us. I didn't get the ladies name that scheduled the appointment but she was most pleasant. Scott Wright was at the house within the hour. He met with Sherry, I was at work, Scott told her what was going on with the furnace and then did a temporary repair for us. He was so kind to Sherry. He then took the time to call me and explain what was going on and recommended replacing the furnace. He said he was going to give us an estimate later that evening, and he did. He bid it both ways for us, replace everything or just the furnace. The prices were both extremely fair and Sherry and I decided to replace everything. They called and scheduled around us and acted like it was no big deal to work with our schedule. So today they replaced the whole system. A courtesy call was made prior to their arrival. They all wore masks and foot protection while working in the house. They knew exactly what to do and did a wonderful job installing the new unit. They put a long day in and they seemed to never take a break. They cleaned up after themselves, then showed me the new install and went over the new Thermostat. It is so much quieter than our old unit. I highly recommend Wright Mechanical and also the three guys that installed the unit, Tommy, Mike and Brandon. I know for sure we made the right choice with Wright Mechanical, they did it the Wright Way. Thanks for everything and I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

I have an ac unit that, on its own, isn't capable of cooling my 2nd story apartment when its 80+ degrees. Wright Mechanical sent a tech out to my apartment unit who reported to property management that my unit is fine and working normally. They made sure to tell property management about the days I turned the ac off when I'm at work, but made sure not to inform them about the days I left the ac on and got the same results. The tech told me that in an hvac duct ventilation system, air leaks ARE NOT an issue, which the tech made sure not to inform property management about. Which just isn't true. The tech also failed to mention, to property management, the damaged open area where my filter is supposed to go. Unprofessional and dishonest. Property management used the report by Wright Mechanical to force me to pay for the inspection, which wouldn't have been a problem had the fixed any of the issues.
Scott Wright and his crews are top notch!! Quality, Professional service is what you'll get using them!!
