Called HITEC to clean dryer vent & air ducts after competitor didn’t show or contact me to let me know not going to show on time. HITEC came next business day & thoroughly cleaned vent & ducts with a brush & vacuum system for a price less than competitor. Explained what they were doing as they were doing it. Replaced vent covers & dryer and cleaned up inside & out before leaving. Very personable & helpful. Highly recommend.
Had no idea our vents could have mold!!! They found some and treated it. Plus it looks like we have all new vents.🙂 The whole house smells so much cleaner. I highly recommend them!
They replaced the dryer vent because it wasn’t to code and cleaned out the air ducts. The wonderful part is they were able to fix the dryer vent the same day and all was up and running right away. Because we had to replace a part of our sewer system in the basement we had a constant layer of dust coming through the vents. We don’t have that problem now. We are very thankful for HiTec.

Josh came out same day about 30 minutes after I called because they were finishing a job in the area. They cleaned out my dryer vent from the outside in about 30 minutes and found multiple bird nests and dryer lint between them clogging air flow. I'm very happy I called and got this done today will be using again in the future!

Although I was not in attendance when they came to do the job the person who let them in said they were very kind and professional workers. Even getting the job done sooner than the estimated. Could not be more happy with the services, will certainly be using them again!
Great experience working with Josh and his team. They were prompt, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning the vents throughout the entire house. I had a lot of questions, and Josh patiently went over my questions/concerns over the phone prior to me setting up a time for them to come by. On the day of the cleaning, they went to each of the vents (supply & returns), and performed the cleaning using a rotary brush and vacuum, which I verified went all the way down to the HVAC system. They additionally took the time to clean the vent covers, which had mold growing on them (I believe due to years/cycles of condensation). Overall, I am pleasured with their work. I will continue to monitor the dust in our home. I previously also got a quote from Coit, but I'm glad I went with HITEC instead, as I prefer HITEC's technique of removing dust (not to mention they were cheaper). Thank you to Josh and his team.

Promptly identified my dryer vent had become disconnected in the attic, even showed me a picture. He reconnected and secured the line and was able to clean it out. Dryer is back to working good as new. Highly recommend.
