They were courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explain very thoroughly before project began and after. They also cleaned up after it was done. We were impressed all the way around.
The technician James Daniels did an excellent job explaining all the changes need to make our unit function properly. He went above and beyond trying to solve our problem momentarily until the final fixing is completed.
Mr. White was professional on time wonderful this is the second time he’s been out to my house for Air Conditioner service and I’m so appreciative for everything. He explained everything in detail about what he did along with answered all my question's let let me know what to do to keep everything going and what my next move is. I could not have asked for a better technician! Thank you
L I had a garbage disposal installed about a month ago. I had an additional charge on my account this week, so I called to figure out what it was for. Turns out it was a maintenance plan that I was not initially made aware of. I was very unhappy, but Wesley from customer service contacted me and made things right. Wesley deserves a five star review, but my overall experience would be a four. I had previously left a poor 1 star review but I had a great experience with Tom Drexler’s customer service/billing department so I decided to change it. It seems like since Covid, customer service has gone out the window with most companies, so it is nice to see that there are still companies out there like Tom Drexler, who care about their reputation, and doing the right thing. Because of Wesley, I will be using a Tom Drexler in the future, and also recommending them to others in need of their service.
Nicholas was very professional explaining what the problems were. He never tried to upsell us on anything. He just gave us the options on what actions we could take based on priority with no pressure to add anything that would take us past our repair budget. I very much appreciated the dedication to helping us solve our main issues without the pressure to get all the bells and whistles. Good timely service, no complaints.
We did not end up choosing Drexler this time for our project, but have used them in the past with good results. The only negative I've found working with them is the feeling I'm being sold to rather than informed and worked with.
Sherman was thorough and concise, he laid out all the options clearly. We appreciated him so much! Our A/C was up in no time.
Eddy came for a maintenance visit on our HVAC system. He arrived right on time and did a very thorough check of everything. He didn't mind me asking questions as he went along and even managed to educate me on a few things I didn't already know about. He's amazingly knowledgeable about what he does and I get the feeling he genuinely enjoys his work.
The company back to me quickly after submitting a request online. Our tech Joshua was friendly and was able to fix our problem with ease. We will definitely use again in the future!

Did a great job on getting the sewer open. Tenets were putting stuff down the drain they weren't supposed to and he brought it to my attention. Very professional and nice. Will definitely recommend Tom Drexler.
Tom Drexler technicians always take great care of our HVAC system. Having an AC tune up is part of our regular care and it provides much needed piece of mind to have our system taken care of by professional and knowledgeable technicians. Our technician Dylan Ferguson did a great job and was very professional and personable to work with.
Overall, we like the finished product. I especially liked how they framed the shower window. We work away from home, so I only met the technicians once. They were nice enough, but on the first day, I was told they would arrive between 8-9am. They arrived after 9am, no explanation, no apology. Since I didn’t have face-to-face contact after the first day, I asked for a call/text when they left for the day, never received one. I did get a text when they arrived. A daily update would have been nice: what was completed, what the plan is for the next day, etc. I had to ask about the plan for debris pick up, maintenance/care/cleaning of flooring and shower. I had to ask when the shower/tub would be ok to use, and was told 24 hours after completion. The bathroom which was remodeled was upstairs. There was quite a bit of debris in the bathroom and laundry room downstairs. The trim between the new bathroom floor and our hallway carpet was not cut to fit the door frame and looks cheap. They are supposed to return and re-cut that. The vanity cabinet has no hardware to open the drawers or door, and there’s no notched area to assist with opening them! I have grandkids, who will be the primary users of this bathroom when they visit, so that will be interesting. The showroom has a limited selection of vanity cabinets, and I selected this one, so I’ll take responsibility for my selection. I should have examined it more, but who would have thought there would be no easy way to open doors and drawers?! Kendrick, the sales manager, was responsive, but overall, the communication from the remodeling team was poor, and disappointing. Update - A different team, led by Matt, came back on 7/3. They draped the floor from front door to bathroom. Within less than 2 hours, they fixed the vanity, the shower shelves, the threshold trim. They offered to clean up the debris downstairs, but we had already done that. All is well.

Called them for an emergency kitchen drain cleanout for a large residential building the day before a holiday. They made an appointment to come after the holiday, but then called back and were able to be there right away and handled the problem in a very short time. Never do you see someone show up over 24 hours early and even during a holiday!!!! Very pleased, saved us a LOT of headaches!!! Definitely will call again!! Thank you!
I was told by a Tom Drexler service representative on 6/24/23 that I needed repairs to my current furnace and air conditioning that would total $2,990 if performed by Tom Drexler. I was shown photos of burned components and advised that excessive heat stress, the result of arching and/or chattering, was a concern. So was a failed capacitor, overamping compressor, excessive shaft play and motor oil leaks. With the age of my units (furnace – 17 years; air – 16 years), I was advised that replacing the systems, at a cost of $11,000 to $22,000 was a good idea and what my representative would do if it were his own situation. With such high stakes, I called another company recommended by friends for a second opinion, which was provided on 7/3/23. I did not reveal the company that had advised me first, but said I wanted to see if their recommendations would match the first company’s. The service representatives (one was in training) – who do not work on commission did an inspection and FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH EITHER THE FURNACE OR THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. I showed them the print outs from Tom Dexler of my “issues,” and they addressed them one by one – disagreeing with ALL of them and explaining their reasoning. Beware, people.
Mr. Downey exemplified professionalism and expertise when he came and installed a toilet for me. Mr. Downey was friendly and ready to answer any question I had while maintaining a good attitude. I’m glad I went with Tom Drexler because peace of mind is worth it when it comes to your home.
We were extremely impressed with Mike. He explained the electric issues we had and even gave us peace of mind on areas we were concerned about. I was very impressed with how professional, efficient, and polite your technician was, and how fast he got the job done. Your technician did an outstanding job, I can't say enough about him. He went the extra mile walking me through every step. He made sure everything was taken care of. I will absolutely be asking for Edward Santana specifically during heating season and I suggest everyone else do the same for all your heating and cooling needs!
